Irene took a moment to think about that too. There were pros and cons to this relationship, but she still figured she might be able to handle it. Of course, there would be alot of effort on her part. "Huh. Well, that's good" she said with a smile.

Heather was more than aware that Drake would be asleep, so she slipped out of the room she had been staying in and walked into the small kitchen. She opened the fridge door and smiled gingerly. His ears could easily pick up that Heather was awake. Great. Unfortunately it was morning, meaning he was to sleep. He couldn't force himself to awaken as much as he wanted to. However, pertaining to the food in the fridge, he wanted to make sure that there was the best food that he could afford (which was a lot) and for her to be healthy. She'll need it once they go over to meet with the others with him by her side.

She washed the broccolli, cutting the stalk down to pieces and pulled the different branches off from each other. She dropped the grapes in a bowl, then broccolli on top, and walked out from the kitchen to the porch, closing the door as silently as she could behind her. She sat down on the steps and sighed, smiling a bit to herself at the fact that his house was so far off in the woods. It was a beautiful morning, to be truthful.

Teressa chuckled. "The leader of the Order is cute. Wait 'til he hears that," she laughed. "But I do agree with you," she smiled.

Drake chuckled in his own sleep. He then proceeded onto trying to get in contact with Vince, since the others were too busy apparently. Vince, where are you? You gotta tell me man, I have a breedmate with a pretty good power that could come in use with us..plus, you know she's my uh..mate, pretty much..

Heather slowly ate, sure to control herself from going wandering in the woods. Knowing her lucky, she'd probably get lost or kidnapped or something. That reminded her... "I gotta call JT. Cancel the trip for today." She pulled out her phone, sending a text to one of her closer high-power friends and told him simply that she was caught in a bind that she couldn't... "Hold on just one minute..." She smiled, erasing everything that she'd planned to send and wrote I can still go, but I need you to pick me up. She sent the address and wasn't surprised that a few moments later she got a text in response: not a problem!

Irene smiled at that. Yes, he was cute. Gorgeous in fact. She could get used to him being around. In fact, she wondered what he wa up to now. Getting a snack? Hanging out with his 'brothers'? "The leader of what order?" she questioned after hearing that.

"The Order is a group of Breed warriors that is set to kill the Rogues - Breed gone crazy with Bloodlust," she explained. "So... Our guys are the good guys - so to speak. And the Rogues are the bad guys."

"Oh, well that's good" she said with a smile. At least he was on the good side and not that bad side. He's even the leader of the good side. "I just hope I don't run into one of those rogues you're talkin about.."

Vince was heading back to the parlor room to see the girls when he stopped. I'm walking down the hallway. You've got a Breedmate, too, eh? And you've mated her already? She's welcome to stay.

"Really?" she questioned. "That would be interesting. I'd have to think about it though if he asks me to. And I might keep my job, at least part time. I enjoy it, and it passes the time" she said with a smile. She hadn't ever lived with anyone since she moved out of her parents place, so if he asked her and she did, it would take a while to get used to.

Teressa smiled and looked up at the door as Vince knocked and walked in. "Am I interrupting," he asked.

"Nope," Teressa smiled. "You can continue your date now. We've decided what we're gonna do with the Christmas decorations."

Drake sighed in his sleep, and if able to he would've shaken his head. Here's the screwed up part. I haven't really..completed the mating process yet, she's yet to drink my blood either, or is that required? Anyways, once it's night, I'll come by with her and we can uh, work it out I guess. That alright?

You've yet to drink each other's blood? Then you're not mates... Not yet. Same deal with 'my' Breedmate and me, he admitted.

"Hey" she said with a smile, standing up. "It was nice to meet all of you" she said to them. They were really nice, and she was glad to have to the knowledge she now had. It would be nice to know in the long run, or even just now.

"It was nice to meet you too. Hope we get to see you again," they all smiled brightly at her.

Vince led her out of the room and down the maze of hallways. "Where do you want to go," he asked her.

Drake sighed once more, seeing their dilemmas. Well then, hopefully that's resolved soon....How are the others? Meanwhile, as Heather was done with the texting, something was watching her. Something sinister and one whom wanted to impose pain on her. Still, with such a powerful vampire by her side, it could not attack, not yet.

Everyone's fine. Starting to pick on me for bringing a Breedmate to the compound. No surprise there, he sighed mentally.

Yeah, ok. Well, til the night then my fellow vampire. Drake moved in his sleep, sighing and feeling weary. Heather had yet to even pop in to check on him or anything. He wasn't sure whether she was inside or not.

Until the night, my brother-in-arms, he replied and returned his full attention to the Breedmate walking next to him.

Heather figured that, him being a vampire and all, he wouldn't need her protection. But all the same, she'd figured that he could be strangely awake. She stood, smiling as she took the empty bowl inside and rinsed it out. She then walked slowly down the hall-way, cautiously opening the door and peeked her head inside. It was dark as all get-out, so she had to give her eyes time to adjust.

"What time is it?" Drake said aloud but weakly in the dark. He was awake, but not fully. He would've gotten up by now if he wanted to. Still, his eyes flashed red in the dark as he laid his sights on her, chuckling.

"Not sure" she said, looking over at him. She could now kind of see him as the vampire he was. She took a moment to think about what she wanted to do while they walked. She thought about a restaraunt, but then figured he might not eat. "Where would you like to go?" she questioned with a smile.
