Most nights Ruby found herself thinking about Dawson, even if it were only for a few minutes. She still missed the way he smiled at her and how cute and embarassed he could get when they were together. At the same time, however, she was starting to notice the innocent advancements of Ahadi, a translator in the village. On the morning she was tending to a child with a skinned knee when she noticed him not too far away with a few other of the men in his tribe.

Ahadi was talking to his friends in his own language about how he was going to make her his lioness and how he was going to make her world spin. Yhey laughed. He was usually shirtless and his body was dark and chistled like fine obsidian.

Ruby breathed in and then sighed before shaking her head. Even though she had left America without even offering Dawson more than a few words the day before she left did that mean that they were no longer a couple? As she finished bandaging the little girl's leg she kissed the top of her forehead and then sent her on her way before going to the missionary building.

"Ruby, lets go to my place for lunch" Ahadi called after her. "I want to show you a waterfall afterwards" he said.

Ruby stopped in her tracks and sighed to herself. She was seriously playing with fire and she was going to get burned if she wasn't careful. "Alright." she said, turning back and offering him a smile. She had a bag lunch back in the building that most of the volunteers were staying, where they usually ate and slept. "I'll meet you back here in a few minutes." And then she left to grab her bag and to fix herself up a bit.

There was going to be more than just the african heat in his hut that afternoon. Ahadi was planning on her falling in love today.

Ruby sighed softly to herself as she caught site of a mirror in the corner of her eyes. Looking at herself she saw how she had changed and she wondered if deep down she was actually happy with her decision. Brushing some dirt from her cheeks she grabbed the paper sack with her lunch and then met with Ahadi outside.

Ahadi lead her to his hut. Along the way he had kissed her and told her beautiful nothings in her ear.

Ruby had been paralyzed when Ahadi crushed her warm lips against her own as they had walked to his hut. Her legs were sluggish as she followed by him, his one arm around her waist. While he whispered sweet nothings in her ear all she could think about was Dawson. She stopped before his hut and breathed in, very unsure of herself.

"I promise you will love it " he said referring to what they were about to do. "you will have all the love of my heart."

Ruby was quiet as she looked at the small hut before her, magical in a way that it was something she had never really seen before. Everything about Ahadi was different that what she had ever seen before, all the way from his physique to his personality. Her throat felt dry and she forced herself to swallow the lump in her throat. "Why me?" she asked, her voice a bit husky.

"because while were working together I fell for you." he kissed her romanically. he picked her up and went tin his hut andlayed her on his bed of fur as he rubbed her withh his huge groin,"love me this summer jean" he ;ifted her shirt kissing her breasts.

Before Ruby could really say anything in response she felt his warm lips against hers once more and her legs practically fell underneath her, making it fortunate that he had picked her up. The hot African sun beamed down on them and she groaned softly against his lips as he placed her down on his make shift bed. Her body wanted it but deep down she knew that she didn't care for Ahadi like that. For that summer she would lock up her heart for the man who she did love and never forget him.

Ahadi just wanted it too. He rubbed his hips on her anfd kissed her nipples.

She breathed in heavily as he kissed down her body, though she looked away from him as he did this, her gaze drifting over to a window. Her hands had gently entangled in his soft hair and she held his face to her breasts, though by then her mind was gone and she was thinking about Dawson.

She sighed and shook her head. "I have someone who I love very much waiting for me back home in Minnesota. This was a mistake..." she sighed and then quickly shook her head. "I mean, you aren't a mistake. You're a very good kisser and all that..." Her body was actually very hot because of him, though she was choosing to ignore this. "But he means a lot to me."

"If that is what you want. I know you must be very frustrated right now and i cand ease that till you go home," he said.

She breathed in sharply and sighed. Of course it would preferable to have "frustration" eased but she knew that it wasn't the right thing to do. "I'm sure that there is another woman here who can take good care of you and your needs." she whispered, obviously very sexually frustrated. Sighing softly, she crawled out from underneath him and tugged down her shirt, though her nipples were erect through the tank top. Fully embarassed she said goodbye, grabbed her lunch and then left.

Ahadi sighed and grumbled.

Ruby sighed sadly to herself when she reached the missionary building and then brushed some hair from her eyes. As she laid down on the small cot reserved for her she felt that her body was still hot though there wasn't much she could do to soothe it. Showers weren't exactly something that could be used all of the time and she obviously couldn't go back to Ahadi.

A guy came in to grab a baseball from his trunk he waved to her "hey ruby red " he smiled.

Ruby sighed softly to herself and looked up from her cot to see who it was that had called her that. When she looked to see who it was her eyes widened. "You..."
