Dawson grinned " think I let you have all the fun without me"

Dawson was equally sexually frustrated and emotional. He brought her down to her cot kissing her deeply his waist rubbing hers. "ruby, my true love"

( Well it had been a while since the last time they did it.)


Dawson kissed her deeply and passionatly. " Ruby, don't leave me again... I love you. I love you so much it hurts."

" I have thought long and hard while you were away and I came to the conclusion I don't want any other woman. You're my world, ruby." he said kissing her deeply.

Dawson groaned softly in her ear as he pressed himself on her " And I've miss this as well."

She gently nibbled on his ear and smiled. Dawson must have told the other volunteers to stay away from the missionary building before he had come in because no volunteers walked in to bother them or make them stop. Removing his shirt and her own she then removed her bra and rubbed her hips against him. "I am yours and you are mine." she whispered.

" Lets validate that" He grunted heavily when she rubbed on him. His groin throbbed in excitement and it started to harden for her.

Dawson finally felt at peace. He was with her and that was what made him happy.

Dawson and Ruby remained happy in Africa for several weeks, the only odd thing being the way that her and Ahadi now avoided eachother despite being practically attached at the hip before Dawson had come back into her life. On one warm African morning Ruby found herself feeling nautious, as if she had eaten a brick. As she held her hand over her mouth and tried to soothe her belly with the other, she got up on shaky legs and ran to the bathroom.[/font]

Dawson got up and winced. " oooww DX I hate sunlight." he got out some of his lotion and started his ritual of drowning his skin in lotion and sun screen. " No matter how much I put on... <<" He knew why of course. He was a vampire. While they have adapted to sunlight full blown sunlight was not advisable.

Ruby leaned against the wall of the bathroom and sighed softly to herself, her hands resting on her stomach. She was trying to remember if she had eaten something that didn't agree with her, or if she had drinken water from one of the rivers. Shaking her head, she walked over to the sink and splashed water on her face for a few minutes before finally breathing in. Something was wrong but she didn't know what. There was no point in worrying Dawson until she knew what was up. Nodding her head, she then walked out of the bathroom to talk with one of the nurses.[/font]

Dawson layed on the bed and winced. He was in pain.

The last thing Ruby expected was for a pregnancy test to be pressed against her palms. She looked up at the nurse with wide eyes, though the nurse only chuckled and reminded her that the walls of the headquarters were pretty thin in some areas, especially, apparently in areas that her and Dawson were in. Breathing in, she trie4d to swallow a lump in her throat, though it felt as if she might choke on it.[/font]

Dawson painfully got up to go see what was taking her so long. He needed help with his sunburns

"No..." she breathed, squinting at the two pink lines which only succeeded in making them look like a plus sign which wasn't helping her at all. "No way..." Shaking her head, she knew it was true. Whether or not she had wanted to admit it, they had not practised safe sex. They had never practised safe sex. It was a surprise she hadn't gotten pregnant sooner. With a sigh she walked out of the bathroom, only to see Dawson in the distance.

Dawson saw her walk out of the bathroom holding a pregnancy test. His heart stopped. His sunburnt face looked at her with shear aw and omg. He just realized what she realized in the bathroom. They never used a condom or birth control. They just went at it whenever they had sex. Finally what he thought sounded like a loud breath of air leaving his lungs he just looked at her. What were they going to do? He couldn't afford to take care of 3 people. Maybe two but not 3. And what would the sisters' think? He ran off and had sex in africa and now came back with a pregnant girlfriend. He couldn't let her abort it. that would be wrong.....that would be running away from their responsibility. " Jean-.......what are we going to do.." he said sitting on the porch with her moments later. " ....." he finally asked after the conversation of how cute the baby would be if it were a girl. Someone had to bring up rational thought.

"I don't know." Jean admitted, looking down at her toes. "I don't... want to get rid of it..." she said softly, meaning abortion. "But I understand the problems that will come with us keeping it." Breathing in, she puffed her cheeks out and then took a slow exhale, something that she ahd always done even as a little girl to calm herself down. "First thing is first... we need to get out of Africa and see a proper doctor."

" I don't want to get rid of it either.' He said gently. " I want to try to keep it and work hard for our baby"
