Perhaps it was a sign to enjoy the time they had together. Carmella offered him a gentle smile and then nuzzled him. "Maybe it's a sign that we deserve some time together." Smiling gently at him, she reached for a wash cloth and began to wash his lean body. "It seems fair that we deserve a little alone time. It has been a while." she reminded him.

Carmella chuckeled softly, her heart aching inside of her. She was going to leave him. Kissing him gently, she brushed some of his soft blonde hair from his eyes. "What if I had to go away for a long, long time." she whispered softly in his ear, holding him tenderly against her body. "And we wouldn't see one another again for a very long time?" she murmured.

" You would never leave me..." Darrick said gently kissing her. " You love me and our kids. Your place is with your family. "

She sighed softly, and continued to gently kiss him. Of course Darrick would never think badly of her or suspect the worst from her. He saw her in a good light; that she would never leave their family. It made her feel like the most low down person in the world. He made her so incredibly happy and she was going to break his heart.

Darrick would go into a deep depression.

"Let's pretend that I won't be here tomorrow," she said softly, "Let's pretend that I'll be gone and that this is our last night together." she murmured, kissing him gently.
