Matthew sighed, kissing back. "Honestly you have no clue what you got yourself into, when becoming my mate.." he said, chuckling a bit as he realized that himself.

"You kind of forced me into it, love," she teased him lightly, remembering the night he had originally erased from her memory. He'd walked her home from work and drinken her blood before they reached her apartment building.

"But you didn't complain much afterwards." Matthew grinned, nuzzling her neck and remembering how they had met. Damn, it almost seemed like yesterday and it wasn't even a year ago. "Hm..but I'm glad I did." he winked.

She smiled and shook her head. "I'm not complaining now," she agreed, running her fingers through his hair gently. "I'm glad you did, too," she kissed him.

Matthew sighed, nodding. "Either way, why not hang out with the girls? Squeal about the new baby boy." he smiled, wanting her to feel more like home, even if there was an incident such as the more recent one that affected a lot.

"But they won't be gone soon," she reminded him, smiling and kissing his cheek. "I want to spend as much time with you as I can"

Matthew caressed her cheek and nodded. "Then how about I give you a more thorough tour of the facility?" he asked, smiling.

"Sure," she smiled, nuzzling his hand lovingly.

Matthew took his time as he showed her the many rooms that were accessible to those that lived with the warriors in the facility. Of course he could hear the crying of the newborn as it now was beginning it's feeding stages. He held Jasmine close, elated to have her as his own and not watching from afar as one of the other warriors (Harvard) had done.

Jasmine walked alongside him happily, hoping once the madness was done, they would settle in and live at one of the compounds. She wanted a place to call home again, though she already felt like she belonged as a sister to the other breedmates.

The last room was where the pool was. Matthew couldn't help but sigh in relief. It was nice, warm, and had a bit of steam in the room since the water was warm. "Nice huh?" he asked as he looked around.

"It is," she agreed with a soft smile.

Matthew then grinned wickedly. "How about a swim?"

She chuckled. "Sure," she said and looked at him suspiciously. "What are you planning, perv," she teased.

Matthew grunted, smiling a little at her claim. "What? I just want to see what you look like in a swim suit and plus, spend time with you. My god, you think I'm some sexual fiend!" he said, adding emphasis and acting totally hurt.

"Actually, yes, I did," she teased, winking at him.

Matthew rolled his eyes, smiling. "Yeah, I'm so terrible." he said with sarcasm, rolling his eyes again and threatening to push her into the water.

She smirked, clinging to him. If she was going in, he was going in with her. "Oh, but you are. Haven't I told you lately?" she teased him still.

Matthew smiled more widely and then winked. "So are you, baby." he teased, then took a breath and pushed each other over into the water.

She shrieked in shock, clinging to him as she held her breath. When they surfaced, she laughed, splashing him.

Matthew sputtered water out from his mouth and laughed as she splashed at him. "Hey, you trying to drown me?" he claimed, grinning as he splashed water back.

"You're the one who jumped in with both of us," she laughed.

Matthew rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Well, you didn't really fight me off." he grinned, swimming around her.

"How could I fight you off," she teased, swimming to cling to him.

Matthew swam farther, grinning. "Aw, trying to hang onto me?" he asked, winking.
