Marcus held her close and gasped. " Lizzy, take her and Emmet and run"

"Marcus!" Lizzy gasped. "You're a human, it will kill you!" Despite this, though, she knew that he would still make her leave. Perhaps it was Marcus's desire to make up for all of the bad things that he had done to her, but he was not going to let her get hurt. Not her or their children. Taking Melody, she took Emmett's hand and sadly kissed Marcus's cheek before running.

" Don't worry about me," marcus said gently, " Just get them to safety." he kissed herbreifly and nudged her to run.

The werewolf howled and charged at Marcus and Marcus held the wolf in a headlock. At least being on the highschool wreastling team didn't go to waste. The werewolf's arm got free and lashed out at marcus scrachign him across his chest. Marcus growled punching the wolf in the face before the wolf lashed out and bit him. " AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Marcus yelled as he took out his switch blade and a werewolf's dying howl filled the air. The werewolf collapsted on Marcus' hurt body. Marcus layed there in the grass in intense pain. His body felt on fire. His head pounded and felt with every pound his heart got faster. Then everything got black.

When he would later awaken, he would find himself in a hospital room. Once Lizzy was sure that the children were safe, she had taken out her cellphone and called for help. The ambulance had arrived to take him, though Lizzy had been lucky enough to get rid of the werewolves body before they arrived. Jacey had been contacted, and she had gotten there as soon as possible. She had experiencing pains in her chest and nausiousness, and one of the doctors had insisted to check her and see what was wrong with her. Now as she sat beside Marcus's hopsital bed, she held a secret. She was pregnant with Marcus's child.

Marcus breathed in slowly and breathed out as he opened his eyes, " Where....am I? And why do I have this strong craving for a thick juicy medium rare steak" he grunted rubbing his eyes." Bright..." he grunted. His nose picked up a thousand sents. But one was familuar. " Jacey....." he grunted and opened his eyes and saw her, " Hey" he said.

Jacey smiled softly. "Hey." she murmured, gently reaching over and pressing a kiss to the top of his head. "How are you, baby?" She pulled back and brushed some of his hair with his eyes. His forehead was burning and his hair was slicked back because of sweat. "You really scared me today, you know. Having to be the hero and all." Her voice was soft as she spoke and very gentle.

" I wasn't going to let that beast hurt my children. I would've done the same if we had kids." he said gently as he closed his eyes. " I'm sorry I scared you, my love." He opened his eyes again trying to get used to the light.

"You're different now, Marcus." she finally said after a few minutes. "I'm not sure how exactly, but I know that it is true. You're different than how you were a few hours ago." And it worried her deeply. Running a hand through his slick hair, she gently kissed his lips. Jacey did not think that this was the best time to tell him that she was with child.

" I feel different but yet I feel the same." Marcus said gently. He closed his eyes and breathed slowly.

"The doctors said that they want to keep you overnight." Jacey murmured softly. "You got a really big cut across your chest and they're worried about it." Glancing down at her watch, she was sad to see that visiting hours were almost over. "Once you come back home tomorrow, there is something really important that we need to talk about."

" What? What are we talking about?" he said worriedly. He didn't do anything wrong did he?

"I can't tell you right now, Sweetheart. It won't be long before visiting hours are over and I will need to leave." she smiled softly at him and carefully smoothed over some wrinkles in his hospital gown. "Don't worry, alright? Everything will be explained once we're home and I've gotten some food in you." Glancing over at the clock, she sighed seeing there was only five minutes left until she would need to leave. With a heavy heart, she began to put on her coat.

He sighed and closed his eyes. He was very tired.

"I wish that things didn't have to be like this. I would like to take you home with me." she carefully leaned down and kissed his lips. There was so much that she wanted to tell him, though she knew that right then was simply not the time for her to say any of it. "It will be tomorrow before the both of us know it." Jacey said softly. After another five minutes of stalling, she finally left him for the night.

Marcus fell asleep hoping tomarrow came fast and he could go home.

The night ran a lot longer than Jacey would have hoped. She slept on her back, both of her hands rested on her stomach. It surprised her that inside a life was growing. There was no doubt that she loved Marcus, but it still surprised her to great lengths to see that she was carrying a baby that they had made together. Sighing softly, she shook her head and rested on her side.

Marcus was unaware of the child she was carring though it would be a shock for him.

When the morning arrived, the warm rays of sunlight came spilling into the bedroom, squeezing in through the darkness of the drapes. Jacey groaned softly before getting up. As she stumbeled over to the mirror, she looked at herself thoughtfully. She didn't feel any different, though she knew that a big change was going on within her. Brushing some of her hair from her eyes, she nodded at her own reflection and then walked into the bathroom to shower.

Marcus was relieased from the hospital and came home while she was in the shower. He had flowers for her.

A soft yawn passed from Jacey's lips and she left the warm, steamy shower contently. As she wrapped a towel around her slender body, she walked over to the mirror and looked at herself thoughtfully. She grabbed for a comb and ran it through her hair a few times before leaving the bathroom to get dressed. Already she had clothes set up for her on the bed.

Jacey was just sliding on her cotton panty and bra set when she heard Marcus from downstairs. A soft gasp passed her lips and she shook her head. "Y-yeah. Hold on." she decided that it would be best to just put on her robe for now and go and see him. "What is it, love?" she asked, pushing some of her damp hair from her eyes.

"Pretty good." Jacey lied, smiling softly at him. Taking the flowers from him, she gently ran her fingers over the soft, luscious petals. "They're beautiful, Marcus," she murmured, taking in a breath and smelling them. "And they smell lovely" Looking at him, she leaned up and kissed his cheek. The time still didn't feel right to tell him.
