Heather chuckled. "I mean, I guess I could grow em artificially... They just don't have the same taste... And I guess we could go get a drink. Nothin wrong with that..."

"Alright, let's go then. Do you need to change?" Drake asked as he stood up and went to his bike. He grabbed his helmet, just sitting back in the seat.

Heather laughed. "Nah, this is just fine for me tonight. Jean shorts and a t-shirt. Perfect clothes for goin' out in..."

Drake laughed, nodding. "Alright come on." he said, handing her the helmet and starting the bike. "The bar then?" he asked once she was on the bike and holding on.

Heather nodded, sliding behind him. She wrapped her arms around his waist as he drove off, her hands tightening on his hips as he picked up speed.

Drake nodded, driving off to the bar though vigilant of any rogues. Of course, with him around, it seemed they wouldn't just attack him alone. He sighed, shuddering a bit. He still had an eerie feeling. They were planning something, but what? Once parking in the back of the bar once more, he stayed on the bike as he listened to his surroundings. "I swear, rogues are starting to get smarter nowadays.

"Rogues? Its like evolution and adaptation and stuff like that..." Heather lifted her head and pulled the helmet off, then grimaced as she felt a hand on the back of her shirt. Whoever it was yanked her off the back of the bike, ripping her away from him. "DRAKE!" She screamed, attempting to fight off whatever had her. It was definitely stronger than she was, faster as well.

Drake hissed, seeing something but it was too quick. "You little bastard!" he growled, unsheathing his dagger from the side of his bike. He kept it there just in case unless going home. He took time to actually find the vampire, but he locked his eyes on it. He rushed in, making a way to at least gouge him.

Heather grimaced, flinching as he charged forward. She was more than afraid that a blind shot would either end up with him getting hit or herself bleeding... She moved some, not enough to slip out of the rogue's grip but enough to avoid the blade. She heard a howl and watched as she left Drake behind, being pulled by the rogue to where ever it decided to bleed her out. "DRAKE!!!!!!" She screamed out one last time, just in case he could hear her still.

"Heather!" Drake yelled, hissing loudly and chasing after her. He wouldn't let a rogue bleed out one of their own, she was a woman, innocent for christ's sake! He could hear the rogue's cackling, making him all the more angry. "I'll rip your insides out and burn you to a crisp you bastard!" he screamed, his eyes flashing red for a moment before increasing his speed in the chase.

Heather struggled as best she could against the rogue, feeling her shirt start ripping where her captor had gripped her too tight. "Damn it..." She reached around and caught both his legs, bracing for impact as the rogue got tripped up in his run.

As soon as he saw the rogue about to hit the ground, Drake went in for the strike. "Die!" he said, swinging his blade and aiming for it's throat. He was careful to hopefully not hurt Heather, that would be a nasty cut.

Heather ducked out of the way as Drake approached, reaching her hand to her back. God almighty she was bleeding. This couldn't end up any worse.

Drake knew he made contact once the rogue screeched and howled in pain. Drake looked and it seemed his dagger was dug deep into it's shoulder, probably broke through the scapula in his back. "Suck this you little bastard." he muttered as he slowly started cutting away at it.

Heater coughed, sitting back on the grass. She pressed her hand to her back, pulling it away and grimacing. Her entire hands seemed to be black now. "Oh my god.... Drake, I think we might have worse problems than the rogue...."

Drake looked over, his eyes widening. He sighed, feeling himself get dizzy from smelling the blood. Hell, mixed in with her perfume made it worse. "We got to get you back to my place. If we go to the hospital, we can risk being found out by a human, especially ones that work for the rogues without actually being drained so, they have a use to them." he said, picking her up and rushing back to his place.

Heather held onto him tightly, more afraid for hiim than herself. She'd had bad cuts before, horrid gashes and the like... But she'd never had to make sure that a guy wouldn't go insane and attack her for her blood. It was sure to be an interesting night... For the both of them.

The fight wasn't so intense as the one for blood. Smelling Heather's blood and feeling it against his chest which was staining his shirt only made it worse. He wanted to taste it so badly and feed now, but he knew better. He grunted, biting his lip hard and making it bleed as he rushed faster and arrived to his apartment, going inside and setting her on the couch, panting. "W-We need bandages and something to wash off the blood." he mumbled to himself as he stumbled to the bathroom.

Heather grimaced, hearing the struggle in his voice. They shouldn't have gone out, the rogues had been waiting for him. How the hell had neither of them expected that... She stood, taking his hands in hers. "Sit down, and get under control okay? I'll take care of what I can..." She slid into the bathroom, opening the closet across from the sink. She found some bandages and antiseptic wipes, sighing as she stared at her back and pulled her shirt up and over her head.

Drake hissed quietly, shuddering and wrapping his arms around himself. He took deep breaths, closing his eyes and trying to calm himself down. He could hear the shirt being dropped to the tile floor in the bathroom, though it didn't sound like it was too soaked with blood. "Are you alright? he asked, his voice strained.

Heather sighed, turning her back to the mirror. "Yeah, I'm fine... I just might be a while. Its kind of hard to put band-aids on backwards..." She wiped down the gashes in her back, making sure they were clean before she put the bandaids on. She finished, walking out with her shirt on, but tied above the cut-line. She sighed, smiling weakly. "I think I got it all covered..."

Drake sighed, gulping down the urge to go at her and feed. Still, he was feeling less needy than before. "You've no idea how much I'm holding back. I should just leave you here for the night and go out to feed." he said, rubbing his face and looking at her through the spaces between his fingers over his face. "Go rest."

Heather, sighing, nodded and turned towards one of the doors on her right. "Which one should I choose?" She smirked, looking back at him. She didn't expect anything weird to be in either, just figured where he'd want her to sleep.

Drake chuckled, sighing. "If you didn't have a huge gash on your back, I'd surely tell you what you should choose." he said, smirking. He sighed, getting up and choosing a door on the left, taking a big breath. God, that blood just smelled so delicious. "Night." he said, going inside and closing the door, thankful that he had a TV in his room as well.

Heather smiled, watching him go into his room. "I'll remember that Drake... G'night." She bit her lip, waiting for him to close his door before she went into the other room. It was pretty big, and the bed looked beyond comfortable. She'd hate to ruin the sheets, but there wasn't much she could do about that. She slipped under the covers and rested her head on the pillows, falling asleep almost instantly.
