He kissed her deeply and held her close.

She sighed softly, happily, melting in his arms as they kissed. She'd never felt this... wanted, was that the right word? No, something warmer, softer... Loved. Yes, that was the right word.

" you're not afraid of me" he asked softly

She shook her head. "No. No, I'm not," she looked up in his eyes so he saw that she was telling the truth.

He put his hand on her cheek gently.

She smiled softly, putting her hand on his that touched her cheek.

He gave a small smile till he heard someone knocking on her door. he hissed but he heared giggling girls.

Iris looked at the door, then back up at him, silently asking if she should answer it.

" Sounds like your friends" he siad.

"What should I tell them," she asked quietly.

" Just see what they want" he said.

"Alright," she kissed him softly, then went to answer the door.

He waited in the kitchen trying not to make noise or movement

"Iris," they squealed when they saw her. "Where did you go last night? You missed so much fun! Are you okay?"

"Uhh... Yeah, I think so," she said. "Just... freaked me out, I guess... Bad part of town, and all."

"But you missed it," one of them gushed. "This whole group of really hot guys asked us all to dance! One of them were left out though, since you left so early. So I had to dance with two," she giggled.

He growled gently and snorted.

"That's... not helping with the freaked-out-ness," Iris admitted, grimacing at the thought of her dancing with two guys at a club.

"Just wait till it happens to you," she giggled. "We're taking you out again tonight!"

"I... don't think I want to," Iris smiled sheepishly. "Thanks, but... no thanks. I've got some pictures to go take anyway. Got to keep the money coming, you know?"

He was looking in one of the jars on a shelf and he sneezed and fell and a fruit bowl crash landed on his head.

The girls stopped, trying to look past Iris. "What was that? Is someone in there," they asked.

Iris kept the door close to her, trying to take up as much of the crack as possible. "No," she smiled, though to no avail. She was a horrible liar.

"Who's in there, Iris? It sounded like a guy..." One of the other girls gasped. "Iris! Did you bring home one of those clubbers last night!? Is that why you left so early!?"

" Owww' he rubbed his head.

The girls ended up pushing past Iris and following the noise into the kitchen, where they froze, their jaws practically to the ground in shock.

Iris, embarrassed beyond all recognition, walked past them into the kitchen. She introduced them and sat down in her chair, sighing, as the onslaught of questions came. She ignored the questions, laying her head down in her folded arms on the table, wishing they'd go away.

Dameon was very shy.

"You know, you kind of look like those guys at the club last night," one of the girls pointed out.

"He's kind of quiet like them, too," another added with a sly look at Iris, who looked up at with with a confused look.

Dameon grunted but this concerned him soo he listened more.

They noticed Iris' confused look, so they rolled their eyes and explained. "They didn't talk much, and wore dark clothes, and they didn't seem too concerned about their hair. They really just wanted to make out while we danced," they said, blushing because Dameon was in the room with them. They didn't need to note that the guys had kissed their necks; bruises were on both sides of their necks; their hair uncovered them as they looked down, letting their hair hide their blushing faces instead.

Dameon blinked as he tried to look closer.
