"What do you think I'm trying to do," she screamed, risking peeking her head over and firing at the driver in front. The bullet made contact with it's target and veered, blocking two more that were following it.

Logan breathed of relief to see the others cars in the mirror veering off the road due to the one car that was hit coming their way. "Hah! Eat that!" he yelled, already hitting 100 in speed as he made it to the highway. "Check on Lisa will ya?" he asked, gripping the steering wheel tightly.

Jasmine put the gun back on safety and checked on Lisa. 'you okay," she asked her, touching her arm to double check that she hadn't been injured. She hadn't, thank goodness. "Stay covered," she told her gently.

Logan sighed, driving easier now. "Well, we should get to the city within..four hours. So..It'll be a while. Rest. The both of you." he ordered, staring at all sides to make sure of no other similar cars coming to their demise.

"I just woke up and all this happened. You think I can sleep," Jasmine grumbled, sitting back in her seat with the guns, looking around nervously.

Matthew grunted, sensing his mate's sudden rise of anxiety in her. Are you alright? He sighed, rubbing his chin as he got anxious about arriving in the city. He didn't want all those people dying. Innocents, children....

We were just followed by like five cars of Rogues. I killed one, and the rest got caught up behind. I'm not sure if they're dead, but Logan's saying rest until we get there in like four hours. There's no way in hell I can sleep, she told him, sighing.

Well...good shooting for a first timer I guess. And Lisa? As the conversation between their minds continued, Logan found himself taking more short cuts than ever. Even feeling his fangs protruding against his upper and lower lip. He was hungry, but he was also angry and enraged. The plan was all but insanely well done. How, he may never figure out but he may live long enough to figure it out with the others.

She's confused and disoriented, but she's back to her old self, Jasmine told him. What about you guys? Is everyone alright up there?

Matthew chuckled, shaking his head. We're fine..we're up in the air but we'll be landing soon. Just make it to me...and we'll figure all this out. Logan yawned quietly, looking at the time and cursing. It was around four am. It was getting close to sun rise. He then pressed a button, the windows of the car now a darker tint so no sun light would come in. He turned on the light that was inside the car however, not wanting much darkness for the women.

Where are you, she asked, wishing she was next to him now so she might get some sleep. She was nervous and jumpy in the car whenever she heard or saw another car.

I'm in the plane still..but I'm guessing I'm more needed on the ground? Matthew smiled, chuckling as he could almost imagine her embrace, her clinging to him for comfort and safety. He sighed, wishing he had her in his arms and to just be enveloped by her scent, her warmth, everything.

I meant which city or state, she amended herself. And yes, I'd prefer it if you were here... she grumbled, not liking how he'd taken off while she was sleeping.

Atlantic City by the moment. Why? Matthew rubbed his arms, sighing as he stared out the window. Of course even the windows themselves were tinted, so they were just fine. I had to leave when you were sleeping..you had your own matters to attend to and now you helped a breedmate out. I think it was the best decision for you...

Just wondering how much longer I have to stay on the road she sighed. what are we gonna do once the sun sets? Rogues will be everywhere...

Well, you'll be fine. Logan will just run them over if they try to attack you again. He'll be fine without sleep for a while, we may be vampire, but we don't rely so heavily on sleep as your fictional dracula. Matthew grinned, though ignoring the stares that he received. Some of the warriors surrounding him had yet to have a mate or were too new or nervous to remember about the connection.

Jasmine chuckled. They probably think you're crazy, she noted the others around her mate. Who knows? Maybe you are. she teased.

You're the one that's driving me crazy. Be proud, it's not easy. Matthew mused, but soon his smile was erased as the plane shook violently. He heard some of the others like Gideon cursing in the front rows of the planes, seeing that something must've flown past them. Was it a minion? Someone sent to blow them out of the sky?!

Jasmine sat up, scared for her mate. What's going on, are you alright, she asked, sensing his tension.

Matthew stood, growling and going up to the front of the plane. The one flying it was now looking distressed. "The damn rogues are now up in the air too, shit!" he cursed, slamming his fist into the wall. "You know what to do, lose em." Matthew ordered, telling the others to get prepared for a lot of commotion. It's nothing, we're just under turbulence, alot of it. Concentrate on just getting to Boston, ok? He calmed himself down, confident they could lose the bastards.

She sensed his anger, but by his tone it was probably more annoyance than anything. She relaxed a bit. Alright... But if you don't get there, I'm gonna have to come hunt you down, she warned him.

Matthew chuckled. That's only if there's anything to be found. Just..stay safe. He then blocked the link, though it was no easy task. He wanted to hear her voice constantly, to make sure she was alright, but it was Logan's job to protect the women. "So, by the pissy look on your face, I take it Matthew is in trouble?" Logan mused, chuckling a bit.

Jasmine sensed him block the link and sighed. "He says it's turbulence," she mumbled, pulling her feet up in her seat.

Logan knew better but he wouldn't tempt her. "So..how you feelin?" he asked, trying to make conversation and keeping his mind sharp on the road at all times. He was sure it would be smooth sailing from here, but he also was sure of some rogue that might've survived that crash could be calling their 'sweet master' right about now to inform him of their trouble.

"Tired, but there's no way in hell I can sleep," she said. "Where are we going to stay once we get there? They'll be expecting us everywhere..."
