Me and Steph!

Smiling, Lilli went to one of the tables, sitting down, crossing her legs and taking a bite.

Kyle sat with her, taking the other spoon and starting to eat the ice cream with Lilli. "So, am I doing good so far?" he asked, winking.

She shrugged. "I don't know... Is this going to be our only date or are you going to take me on more?"

Kyle chuckled. "Actually, I'd like to take you one more than one, if you like me enough." he said, taking her hand and smiling.

She squeezed his hand. "I'd like that."

"Good, how about next week, the local carnival? It's coming into town." Kyle asked, smiling and hoping she'd like to go.

she smiled more, nodding. "I'd love to go." she said. "So... does this make me your girl friend?" she asked.

Kyle blushed and looked down. "Eh...I-I guess. It's only been one date though." he mumbled, smiling.

She shrugged. "Yeah..." she mumbled, looking down. "It's alright if you don't... uhm...."

Kyle shook his head, smiling. "I do." he said, getting up and throwing away the cup. "Let's go, I should take you home since I know how Jack might be. Worried."

She nodded, smiling. "So... are you asking me to be your girl friend?" she asked, prompting but also confused.

Kyle sighed, nodding and smiling. "For the last time, yes, you are." he chuckled, opening the door for her so they could leave.

she smiled, walking out and holding his hand.ank you."

Kyle nodded, smiling. "No problem." he replied, getting into his car and driving her home.

Lilli couldn't help but look in Jack's drive way. he was home. Sighing inwardly, she wondered how he felt about this. If he regreted hooking her up with Kyle.

Jack certainly didn't know what to think. As soon as he heard a car pulling up, he pushed his blinds back a bit and saw her coming out. "Lilli..." he muttered, sighing and closing his eyes. He hoped she was happy. Kyle was satisfied enough to walk her to the door. "Uh, so, I'll call you?" he asked, knowing her number through Jack.

Lilli nodded, feeling akward now. How did Jack feel about this. She put on a smile though and went to unlock her door. "Anytime."

Kyle waved goodbye, leaving quickly since he knew Jack had to have been watching. Jack sighed as he looked away, going back to his computer and listening to music on YouTube. He just felt out of the loop and like a jerk. He deserted her so that she could get himself off her radar. He waited for her to get online.

Knowing where he'd be, online, Lilli went to her room, turning on her computer. She didn't see the point in that though. She opened her window, sitting her window seat with her lap top in front of her.

Jack then typed to her, smiling a bit. How was your date? He felt better after pressing ENTER. He just wanted to talk a little, relieve his anxiety.

It was great. she typed then hit enter. Why not open your window so I can hear your voice? she typed again, hitting enter to send it to him.

Daniel tensed. She wanted to hear his voice. He groaned quietly, looking towards his window and seeing bits of her through the blinds. He wanted to, but, was it ok? Really? He decided to throw sense to the wind and nodded, opening the window after pulling up his blinds. "Hey." he smiled.

She put her computer on the floor, smiling at him. "Hey."

"So, he treated you good?" Jack asked, hiding his feelings of anger. He was just angry at himself though, for not considering her feelings.

"Yes. He asked me to be his girfriend." she smiled then frowned. "You did this on purpose didn't you? hopefully I'd stop loving you and we'd be friends again."
