Alright, I think we know the plot.

In the small southern town of Tulsa, Oklahoma, football is the life of many people. That's why in East Central high school,the male charactor has not only become popular throughout the school, but throughout the town. Whenever he goes out, someone praises him about his skills. Afterall, he is the new Senior quarterback and is leading his team to back-to-back victories. And he knows he'd never have gotten so confident and good if not for his best friend, who has supported him ever since they were little kids. She's also been there for him, and he has always been there for her, and just when it seems there could be some romance on the surface of their close friendship, his sudden popularity starts to go to his head. He begins to hang out with different people - guys actually, who treat girls like objects. He ignores his best friend more than he should, and she's starting to notice this painfully. She's starting to he change from a sweet guy, to a conceited typical jock. And the worst thing of all? She thinks she could be in love with him. But with him changing and constantly hurting her, and several popular girls bullying her for just hanging out with him, will she find the courage to tell him her feelings? Or will she give up on him?

personality: Quiet, a little bit of a loner. She only has one good friend and that's your character. She's shy but really romantic. She loves to be held and kissed. She's also not afraid to try new things. You wouldn't think that of a quiet shy girl, but she'll try everything once.

Name: Jack Gregory
Age: 17
Personality: Quite bold, always speaks his mind, and he's a total fan of mountain dew. That's practically the only thing he needs to survive. He can be romantic, but it takes him a lot of time, so he likes to plan it perfectly and he's also slow when it comes to realizing a few certain things. Overall, he's sweet and loyal to his loved ones, especially his best friend.

It was the middle of the school week and Lilli was running late. If Jake looked through his window he'd be able to see her rushing back and forth finding clothes, make up, her books. Their windows were about 6 feet away from each other and they often used it to talk to each other. She sighed, rushing down the stairs for some food and hopefully for the rest of her books.

Jack could in fact see Lilli running in and out of her room, looking stressed. He would laugh, chuckle, maybe even laugh like crazy if she tripped. That was his best friend right there, the nut. He grabbed his backpack with no worries, along with a granola bar with dark chocolate and almond, his favorite. He then got into his truck, waiting for her to come out as he was already in front of her house to surprise her. His dad had gotten him the truck, it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't pricy either, it was just right. White though, so that means he had to work for it to keep it clean. He pushed the horn, grinning.

Lilli jumped hearing the horn and looked out the window in her door. "Shit." she cursed and ran back upstairs to get her remaining book. She ran back out, having to stop and actually shut the door, and lock it. She sighed as she got into the truck. "Alright. I think I have everything." She said to him with a slight smile on her face.

Jack laughed, knowing she must have cursed her way through the house. Luckily her parents weren't home. "Yeah, got everything? For sure?" he asked, laughing again. He always double-checked with her. If she left something, she'd go nuts.

She looked at her person and nodded. "Yeah. I've got everything." she said softly.

"Ok, just don't try and stop me once we're moving." Jack warned, knowing it happened more than once. He started to drive to school, turning on his favorite rock station. "Sleep good?" he asked, tapping on the steering wheel to a good song.

She nodded, starting to look in her bag for her phone. "Jake. I forgot my phone." she said.

"Screw your phone. I got mine, you can borrow it. I ain't going back." Jack shook his head, scoffing. Lilli might as well just put everything in her book bag once finishing with homework, really. "Why do you forget the simplest of things?" he chuckled, rubbing her head as they stopped at a red light. "Want Starbucks?"

"Are you paying?" she asked. "I forgot my wallet too." she said, trying to hide the blush on her cheeks as he touched her.

"Oh wow! Jeez, Lilli, you forget everything." Jack snickered, nodding. "I'll pay for it this time, k?" he said, smiling. Pulling up to a Starbucks just a few blocks away from school, he ordered himself a regular coffee, not the crazy combinations they had. "You want anything to drink, eat?" he asked as he looked at her and smiled again.

"Shit... I forgot my food." She sighed and sunk into the seat. "A vanilla bean mocha and a cinamin roll. I'll make it up to you, promise."

After ordering, Jack looked at Lilli oddly. "Dude....Really?" he asked, snickering. She always forgot things! No matter what she said before. "Eh, anyway, I got practice after school so you might have to take the bus, ok?" he informed her, cracking his knuckles.

"Have you made quarterback yet?" she asked. "Would I be able to stay for your practice and watch?" she asked.

"Eh, I think Coach is mentioning it towards me. I hope. Will you be coming for this Friday's game?" Jack asked, smiling widely. He wanted her there to see him in his brightest. When he tried for the team, he got first string, so he was definitely going to play. He drove up to the window, getting their coffees and her Cinnamon roll. He handed her the roll and coffee. He then started drinking his as he started driving back towards school. He always got there an hour early so they could relax.

"I don't think I've ever missed a game Jake." she said, digging into her cinnamon roll.

Jake grinned. "Yeah, which I love. You're just the bestest friend ever." he said, smiling and parking in the students parking lot. He drank his coffee, yawning and grabbing his bookbag, placing it between his feet.

She crossed her knees under her as she sat in the chair. She blushed slightly and nodded. "Yeah, I know I'm awesome."

Before they knew it, the bell had rung and it was time to head in. "Ok, let's go." he said, getting out of his truck and locking it with it's alarm after Lilli got out. "Ok, see ya after class." he said, waving and running off to the main building.

Lilli sighed, really wishing she could tell him her real feelings and went to one of the mobile out side the school, feeling a little depressed.

As school went on, it soon came to being lunch. At least they had lunch together, which was a plus for Jack. He certainly did like to talk to her and enjoy her company. Like a sister to him. He looked around after getting his lunch, hoping she didn't decide to go to the library to study as usual.

Lilli didn't go to the library and she also didn't go to the lunch room. She got some food and went outside, sitting under a tree. She was feeling rather depressed at the moment. she really wished she could tell him how she felt and that he wasn't so stupid and would see that she loved him.

Jack lost his hopeful smile, then sitting down by himself. The team had yet to get themselves aquainted and hanging out with each other. They just sat with their usual friends. He sighed, eating his cheeseburger and still looking around for Lilli. Just like a lost puppy. What did he do?
