Finally a home~ Private

She smiled the smile he always liked at him and took a drink of her wine. "Hopefully I have the answer."

He waited until Marley finished her food. Getting up, he stared down at her with a tender look. One he hadn't showed her in a long time. "Marley..all those years ago, I had no idea what to do in a marriage. Hell, I still have problems with this. But as we got to repairing what we have left over from the damage done, I realized that I still love you, now more than ever if possible. Baby, please...marry me again?" he said as he kneeled down and presented her a black box with another wedding ring.

She gasped at the ring and smiled. "Oh, Baby... Of course!" She exclaimed, hugging him. "Promise me something first. That we'll make this work. That we'll talk things through instead of just leaving."

Joshua sighed, nodding. "Yeah, I won't leave again. Never." he said as he hugged her tightly. "I love you, Marley....God I missed you." he said, muffled as he was nuzzling her neck and kissing her cheek.

She smiled, kissing his lips softly. She took the box and gently slid the ring he gave her over her other one. It fit perfectly. "I missed you too... so so much."

"So, you wanna talk? Like..is there anything on your mind from before that you want to talk over?" Joshua asked as he held her hand and stared at the rings. They seemed perfect on her hand.

She looked at him and shook her head. "No... Well, Will you move in with me?"

"Move in with you? Well..sure. I mean, I guess it'll be a lot better than this shoebox of an apartment. No matter how nice I fixed it up." Joshua muttered, smiling. "So, when can I?"

"Tomorrow... right now." she said then sighed, resting her forehead against his shoulder. "I'm going to fast." she muttered, smiling.

"No it's fine, I understand....I can't wait either. Tomorrow it is, I don't have much to bring with me..." Joshua said, kissing her head and hugging her. "Wanna stay the night? Not sleep together but...you know. Just have our first night together in bed after three or four years."

She nodded, holding herself close to him. "I'd love to. I really would." she said, smiling more.

Joshua smiled, chuckling. "Finally." he said, leaning down and kissing her softly.

She smiled, running her fingers through his hair. "I like your hair like this. It makes you look sexy."

Joshua chuckled, his hand resting on her lower back. "I like your hair too, seems more...I donno, different." he said, smiling and looking over her. "This is the same dress, too. Have any lingerie around?" he snickered.

She smirked. "I might. You're just going to have to wait and find out." she said, her voice sensual.

"Ok, then I'll wait patiently. I might just have a video camera lying around." Joshua shrugged, trying to make a small joke. He looked over at the left overs, sighing. "You still hungry?" he asked, already handing her a second glass of wine.

She shook her head. "No... Unless you have some dessert." she said softly, accepting the wine.

"Heh, glad you asked." Joshua said as he put down his own glass and went to the refrigerator, taking out a cheesecake. Placing it on the table, he cut out a piece and placed it on the remaining plate out of two. "Here ya go." he smiled, handing it to her with a fork.

She smiled. "Did you know cheese cake is my favorite?" She asked, taking a bite. "My mom used to make it for me a lot... I hear there's a cheese cake factory in San Fransisco. I'd like to go there."

"Heh, I think you mentioned it once before. But either way, I did good?" Joshua asked, grinning. Once mentioning the factory, he already planned to take her there. Might as well since it was convenient for them. "So, you wanna stay the night or..no?" he asked, just wanting to make sure.

She nodded. "Of course." She smiled, eating more of the cake.

"Good. I guess it's a good thing I cleaned everything including the sheets." Joshua chuckled as he drank up his last glass of wine. "If you don't mind, you can wear one of my shirts. I gotta change anyway." he said, glancing over Marley's dress one more time as he went to the dresser in his room and got out his boxers and a t-shirt to wear with it.

She got up and went into the room, smiling as he put on his shirt. She went up behind him and ran her hands under his shirt, wrapping her arms around his waist from behind. She didn't say anything, only kissed his shoulder softly.

Joshua shuddered but chuckled, looking at her at the mirror. "Kinda reminds you of old times, huh?" he said, his hands covering over Marley's over his shirt. Turning around, he wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her softly.

Marley smiled, kissing him back. "I want the old times to become the normal times again." She said, her hands still under his shirt.
