Finally a home~ Private

She sighed, getting up. She walked to the door then turned to him again. She was about to say something but sighed, shaking her head. "I'll make you some dinner." she said softly, going to the kitchen.

Joshua thanked Marley before she left, sighing. He definitely was up, but..he didn't want to do it. Not yet. He wasn't even sure if he could. After all that pain during therapy and even just resting in bed, he was terrified he could get her pregnant again and this time kill her. He didn't want to lose her.

Marley sat at the table, her leg stretched out. She had to bend it today. Her and Joshua, it was one of her exercises out side of therapy. She didn't want to do it. It hurt and every time, she cried. The microwave beeped and she pulled out a TV dinner. Enchiladas. They were okay. She grabbed two forks and two glasses of milk and went to the bed room.

Joshua sighed, sitting up once he heard Marley come in. She never used to be this..active. Still, he was scared to hurt her. Smiling, he patted the space beside him on the bed. "Enchiladas? Very good." he grinned, grabbing a fork and digging in after putting his glass of milk down on the bedside table beside the bed.

She smiled, sitting close to him. She ate a little then laid down on the bed. "We still have to strech my knee today." she sighed, really not wanting to.

Joshua nodded, standing and going to the end of the bed. He first massaged her leg gently, feeling her smooth skin though it did no good to him once he hit the brace carefully. "Take deep breaths, ok?" he said as he started to help stretch out her leg so her knee could get some stretching in there also.

She nodded. "Joshua... we have to take my brace off... I have to bend it as far as I can." she said reluctantly.

"Eh...yeah, I was hoping it wouldn't go that far." Joshua sighed, taking off the brace and once again massaging the leg to get circulation going. He then started bending and unbending. "Take deep breaths, in and out..." he said, closing his eyes.

She moaned in pain, holding onto the blankets. It still hurt really bad to bend her knee. Soon, tears escaped her eyes.

Joshua then finished after a half hour of stretching and bending. "How much longer til you can take this brace off permanently?" he asked, wanting this pain to end.

She shook her head, trying to make the tears stop. "I'm not sure... They said anywhere from nine months to a year. But who can blame them? My knee was crushed." She mumbled, taking deep breathes.

"Then, it's better than nothing." Joshua said, smiling. He then placed the brace back on, kissing Marley softly. "I'll be by your side, through it all, ok? Don't worry about it." he said, caressing her cheek.

"I know you'll be by my side. But I want more than that... You haven't touched me since our anniversary. That was almost 8 months ago..." she said, looking at him.

Joshua went pale. Now she mentioned it, again. "Marley....Seriously, I just..you're too fragile." he said, hoping he didn't have to touch her again to get her mind off sex at the moment.

She sighed. "It doesn't matter..." Slowly she sat up. "It's not like I can have a baby anyways and there hasn't been any sexual tension between us in months." she mumbled.

"Marley, you can have a baby, it's just...a low chance. Plus, we don't need sex. Do we?" Joshua asked, scoffing and trying to blow it off.

"It's a 30% chance Joshua!" She said then sighed. "I would like some sex..." She said, looking at him.

"It might hurt you, Marley. No....Plus, once that brace is off, we can hump like bunnies and I'll bet you'll get pregnant." Joshua smiled, winking.

"So I have to wait another year?" she asked then scoffed and got off of the bed. "It doesn't even matter..." she mumbled, walking out of the room.

"Wait, Marley!" Joshua said, getting up and rushing after her. He grabbed her hand, sighing. "I'm just scared I'll hurt you.." he said, closing his eyes as he took her into his arms in a tender embrace.

She wrapped her arms around his waist and held herself close to him. "You won't." she said softly. "You can't hurt me while I'm in my brace..." mentioning the brace probably wasn't the best thing to do.

Joshua sighed, shaking his head. "I guess you could say I have a phobia about this. It's like you're..still hurt. I have nightmares of when I came to see you on the day of your accident.." he muttered, kissing her softly once more.

((*Cuddles*))

She sighed, kissing him back. "It's alright I guess... Atleast I understand now. I thought that you wern't attracted to me anymore more."

"Not that I wasn't attracted, just a lack of sexual attraction. The thought of hurting you kinda...weirded me out." Joshua said, biting his lip. He then heard the phone ringing. "Hm, lemme get it." he said, picking up the call and almost dropping it when hearing his mother cry.

Marley went over to him, standing by the arm of the couch. Her eyes were wide with fear. "Joshua? Baby, what is it?"
