She nodded. "Yes. You, obviously, like lots of attention," she chuckled. "Like a dog, only with lots more people," she teased.

"I'm a pretty cute dog." he said back in response, smiling at her. As they walked into the bus she noticed that the band members were watching them. Blushing once more, he excused himself and then went with the band to practise like he had proposed that they do before dismissing them all a half an hour ago.

"Now that you got rid of the bush on your head," she teased with a chuckle. She watched him go to practice and went to get her sketchbook and pencils to draw while she waited for the concert to start.

I liked that bush on my head... he thought to himself. Russel decided that while he was interested in a future relationship with Alex, it would only be fair to the both of them that he be who he really was. As everyone grabbed the instruments and began to practise, he enjoyed himself and let life go along in it's natural order.

Alex let her pencil do what it wanted to on the page. Soon enough, it turned into Russel singing on stage. A close-up of his expression as he sang Bed of Roses.

Once practise was over, it wasn't too long before they were all getting ready for the concert. Since Russel had been around the town for most of the day, he had scored a lot of new fans who were interested in seeing him perform. By the time they all arrived at the concert hall, it was swarming with fun and good feelings. It was a glorious site to behold.

Alex got ready, wearing jeans and a cute t-shirt, and went to finish helping them set up backstage before they started playing. Her eyes widened when she saw all the fans. "Jeeze, Russel, what did you do in town today? Start a rally?"

"I had some fun today with some lovely women and their man friends." he laughed and waved at a few of the girls who were cheering for them. He was very charismatic when need be and could probably have advertised his whole show without any other forms of adverstising. "I like to be social, and I suppose that attracts people to me."

She chuckled. "As long as it all works out, I guess," she said and dusted her hands on her pants. "All done here. I think that's it."

"Ah, it always works out for charimatic people." he answered back, grinning ironically. Bidding her goodbye, the rest of the band retreated backstage to get ready and follow the stage directions. As always everyone felt pumped and excited for their newest concert. Once the curtain went up they all lost themselves once more to the music.

Russel, as always, let himself by absorbed by the music. Sure, he was a womanizer, but that didn't mean that the meaning of his life was sex. What meant more to him then anything was being out on the stage and performing. Music was the reason he lived and breathed. As the show came to it's climax, the band was once again impressed with Russel and his abilities as a musician.

Alex smiled, very impressed by Russel's performance. The type of music was starting to grow on her, and she knew some of the songs. She sang along, not that anyone could hear her over the speakers, but she enjoyed herself nonetheless.

"Grazie, ognuno! You' con riferimento ad un bello pubblico!" Russel cried out once the show had ended. The band soon found themselves backstage, the cries and cheers from the fans still evident and oh-so-loud. "I love Italy." Russel announced, a bit dazed from the afterglow of his performance. Everyone laughed and began to attack the mini fridge, passing beers around for everyone.

Alex smiled, chuckling. "Do you love Italy or performing more," she asked, teasing him.

"Performing is my life." Russel answered truthfully. "It's what makes me me. It's what painting is for you." he clarified. Laughing, he reached for a bottle of water in the fridge (unsure if she would accept a beer) and handed it to her. "I hope you don't mind, but a few fans were asking for the flyers you made. The manager is talking prizes with a few of them."

Alex accepted the water with a thanks. "Really? Sure, I don't mind," she smiled, glad someone else liked her work. She opened the bottle and took a drink. "Does your manager want me to make more posters or flyers," she asked curiously.

"Of course." Russel said, laughing. "He'll be expecting new posters for each show." While fortunately enough there would be enough time between each show for her to make a fair share of posters and what not, it would still be a hard job. Russel had knew that she would not have accepted a pushover job in exchange with an all expense paid trip to Italy.

"I meant extras for contests," she chuckled, amending herself. "I'll have enough time to make a few more if he wants me to."

He chuckled softly. "Sure, why not?" Russel was impressed by how many people were interested in buying her posters, though this was not to say that she wasn't an amazing artist. He had given her the job of advertising because she knew that it was something that would keep her occupied and guilt free from being invited to Italy.

"There's a few more days until our next concert. I'm sure you'll be able to take a few breaks and check out some of the landmarks." He didn't want her to think that he was being a slave driver or anything. Most all of he still wanted her to have a lot of fun and enjoy herself. "I'll even take you to see the Trevi Fountain once we get the chance." he promised.

He laughed charmingly. "You're in Italy for the very first time. I'd be really surprised if you weren't taking any pictures." He said kindly. Russel had already seen a lot of pleasant images in Italy, though he thought about sharing a pleasant day of site seeing with her. Didn't such day trips tend to bring people together? And what not...
