| He raised a brow at her and found himself blushing for some reason though he wasn't sure why. Taking in a breath and then sighing, he grinned at her once more. "Italy is one of the most pictueresque countries in the world. I'm sure that we'll be able to find something that will quench tyour interest." he smiled, looking ythoughtfully into her eyes. |

| She smiled, her cheeks turning a bit pink as he looked into her eyes. "I'm sure something will catch my eye," she said, not entirely sure if she meant him or the Itallian creations. | |

| Unfortunately for Russel, he had the tendency to look a little too deeply into things. Whether or not Alex had meant to, he had enterpreted what she had said into meaning a sort of reciprocated feeling for him. Sweet! I have a date! he thought joyously, running a hand through his god-like blonde hair. Of course, he did his best not to let his bliss show. "It will be fun. We might even be able to stop for some gelato." |

| She smiled. "Sure, sounds fun," she said. She could see a certain spark in his eye - it looked like he was definitely looking forward to showing her around Italy. | |

| In a way it was like Russel was resorting back to his adolescent days. A pretty girl had caught his eye and now he was going to be able to show her around town. Despite his womanizing ways, Russel was still considerably kind hearted and had a pure mind (well, as pure as a womanizing mind could be.) "You know, gelato has twice the sugar of American ice cream." He looked a girl who wasn't afraid of having sweets. |

| She smiled. "Twice the fun. Where'd you learn that? Or was there really a brain under that bush that you called hair," she teased him, grinning innocently. | |

| "You know, as much as it may surprise you, according to one of those IQ test things I have an IQ of 180. Not only that but I got a decent scors on my SATs. That's cool and all, but it doesn't really mean much to me. It'd be easy for me to go around and flaunt that I could be really smart if I wanted to, but I don't need to be smart. There's no reason to try when it isn't needed." he smiled at her. "And I also collect bottle caps from Snapple, so that's how I know." |

| She smiled. "Very impressive, Mr. Evans," she replied. "But, you know. The more you don't use your mind as your young, the more likely you'll be to develop Alzheimer's when you get older. I suggest sudoku. It's actually really fun once you get the hang of it," she grinned. "And it helps keep Alzheimer's at bay. Or so the experts say. But it makes sense." | |

| Russel chuckled and brushed some of his shaggy blonde hair from his eyes. "I'm gonna be like Mick Jagger when I'm old, just wait and see. I'll be old and ugly shaking around in a pair of leather pants. That guys got to have something wrong with him." he shrugged his shoulders. "That's the life that I'm looking forward to thirty odd years from now. Besides," he loved, "I'd probably just get frustrated and give up on Suduko." |

| She chuckled, shaking her head. "I'll never get some people. Are leather pants really that comfortable," she asked, highly doubtful. She went ahead and grabbed herself a can of beer. Why not join the celebration, right? | |

| "Nah. They give most people a rash, to be honest. But they're a rockstar trademark. You know, like being sex obsessed and immature." He grinned and reached for a can of beer himself, impressed that the goody two-shoes was willing to get a little bit tipsy. "Ever drink before?" he asked her, popping the top and taking a swig before hearing her answer. He wasn't as much as a party animal as the tabloids portrayed but he was no saint either. |

| She chuckled and took a drink. "Yes, I have, actually. Just not enough to get truly drunk, you know?" | |

| He hadn't expected to hesr any drunk stories from her and was pleased when she admitted that she had never had so much to drink that it had resulted in her getting seriously drunk. Russel had a few stories that he wasn't exactly proud of and then stories that were just plain stupid. "Good for you. In the end you shouldn't do something that you'd be too ashamed to tell close friends and family." He realized the hypocrisy in his statement and took another swig of his beer. |

| She smiled. "I won't," she promised. "Mom and I had been drinking wine to celebrate her selling a really big painting. Well, we both decided we wanted to paint together when we were tipsy. It turned out so horrible that we couldn't look at it anymore, so we threw it out," she chuckled. "It was so much fun, though. We couldn't stop laughing." | |

| He laughed softly and shook his head. "You have got to be the only person I know in the history of the world who's gotten tipsy with their mom and been willing to tell the story." Russell had a soft smile on his face. "I have no idea why, but I like that." Perhaps Russell didn't actually like loose and slutty girls. It was fairly possible that he was attracted to girl's who had much more to them than a thong and a side ways smile. |

| She chuckled, blushing gently at his remark. "I guess I'm not your run-of-the-mill teenager," she admitted with a smile. | |

| He looked at her with a serious expression on his face. "Good." Russell knew that already he was putting Alex up on a pedestal when he still really didn't know a whole lot about her. It couldn't be helped. He had been living such a sinful life for the longest of times that now when he found someone who wasn't a tramp of some sorts he was completely mesmorized by her. |

| She looked up at him curiously, taking another drink of her beer. He looked at her so seriously, she wondered what he was thinking. | |

| After a couple of hours of bull shitting and shooting the breeze he eventually excused himself to go to bed. While he would have loved to stay up all hours of the night with Alex, he knew that in the morning there was a CD signing that he would be dreading unless he got in a good six hours of sleep at least. Russel was like a car; if he didn't have any sleep he would not be able to function. |

| Alex had gotten a little tipsy. Enough to where her words were slurred a little bit. She dozed off on the couch as the party started to die down within an hour after Russell had excused himself to go to bed. | |

| It had been a great show nad a great party to say the least but Russell knew that in the end everyone would wake up with terrible hangovers. Except, probably, for Alex. He grinned to himself as he crawled into bed and closed her eyes. When he opened them again it was morning and as he had predicted his head felt like someone had pounded it until it was soft and touch like a pound of meat. Groaning to himself he put on his robe and went out into the main room to make himself a pot of coffee. |

| Alex slept on the couch all night, her dreams meaningless wanderings of her memory. She groaned as the sun hit her face, waking up to a slight headache. She opened her eyes and blinked, seeing Russell making himself a cup of coffee. "Morning," she mumbled, yawning. | |

| He stopped what he was doing and looked at her from over his shoulder. "Hello," he said in returning, pausing only to stifle a yawn from behind his hand. "How did you sleep?" While his head was a bit on the throbbing side the rest of him wasn't aching. He chocked this up mostly to the fact that he had been smart enough to go to bed before 3:00 in the morning and had slept on a comfortable bed. The other band mates were probably dying. |

| "I don't remember falling asleep," she chuckled, rubbing her eyes. "I just remember sitting down and laughing at how drunk everybody was, and somewhere along the line, I dozed off, I guess." | |

| He smiled. "Well, lucky you. Unlike just about everyone else on this bus you don't have a hang over." As the coffee started to boil, he boredly walked over to the cabinets to retrieve a chipped coffee mug that was clean. Placing it down on the counter he then proceeded to take out a box of twinkies and a couple of oranges. He had weird eating habbits sometimes. |
