A Werewolf's Heart Part 1.1

"Always," he whispered, kissing her forehead gently.

"okay. I'm ready." she said softly.

Nodding, he kissed her softly and kissed her neck gently before he whispered, "I love you, I'm so sorry," and bit down on her neck. He licked the wounds afterwards, cradling her gently to his chest.

Pain hit her instantly and she moaned in pain. She bit her lip so not to scream.

Nick frowned sadly and held her, murmuring his apologies over and over to her.

She closed her eyes and kept her mouth closed. 12 hours of this... she didn't know if she could do that with out screaming. She didn't want to scream. If she screamed then that would cause nick more pain and she didn't want that.

Nick held her, telling her soft apologies and 'I love you's until his voice practically gave out.

About 11 hours into it, the pain got to bad and she let out a moan of pain. It was a heart wrenching sound and closed her eyes, feeling tired, the coma was coming fast.

Nick buried his face in her hair, feeling so guilty. Hoarsely, he whispered more apologies.

An hour later, she fell asleep. It looked like she was dead, she wasn't moving, she was barley breathing.

Nick watched her for hours, laying her down so she could breath more easily. He shifted into his wolf form and laid next to her so she didn't freeze.

Al went over to sit next to him. "Have you slept?" He asked.

Nick shook his head, his ears pulled back sadly. 'I can't...'

"You should." He said softly.

Nick whined softly. 'What if she wakes up...?'

"Then I'll sit here and wake you when she wakes up." He said softly, rubbing his little brothers fur.

Nick nodded slowly and laid his head back down, closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Al sat down, keeping an eye on both of them.

Nick slept restlessly, whimpering in his sleep, his paws moving as if he were running after something. In his dream, Ilane was furious with him for putting him through that much pain.

Ilane ran her fingers through his fur, she was awake now. "Sshh." She said softly. "Nick, it's okay."

Nick slowly calmed down, his whimpers softening gradually.

Ilane really did feel sick, but, she felt as if she needed to comfort nick a little. he was whimpering and that wasn't good.

Nick eventually stopped whimpering, and woke up slowly. He shifted into a human when he saw she was awake. "I'm sorry," he whispered horsely. His vocal cords hadn't healed.

She reached up and put a shaking finger on his lips. "Stop. This is what I want. Don't be sorry."

He kissed her finger and held her hand, gently lifting her so she was sitting, leaning against him. He held her close protectively.
