A Werewolf's Heart Part 1.1

The pack moved along and by nightfall, they were at their destination. Ilane had woken up and was walking next to Nick. "This is amazing." She whispered. There was a water fall and it was actually a very pretty valley.

"It is," Nick agreed, holding Ilane's hand.

She smiled. "If only I had a camera."

"You don't need a camera," he smiled. "I be it's even prettier in the sunlight."

She smiled. "I'm sure it is."

"And we can sit here and look at it every day," he smiled, kissing her cheek.

she smiled. "This is our home now?"

"I think so," he said, looking at his brothers. Ed smiled and nodded. "Welcome home, everyone."

Ilane smiled. "It's amazing here." she looked at Nick. "I'm glad that I left with you. I've never been happier."

Nick smiled at her. "I'm glad you're happy," he said softly.

She nodded and then laughed and Al tackled one of the ladies in his wolf form. "Al's got lots of personality." she said.

"Yeah, he's always been like that," Ed chuckled.

"That's funny." She smiled, seeing him lick her face repetitively.

Nick hugged Ilane, clinging to her like he did when he was a pup. He was happy. Very, very happy.

She smiled, hugging him back. "If I get pregnant with your baby and I'm not a werewolf, will the baby be a werewolf?" She asked. It was a totally random question, but it just poped into her head and she needed to ask.

"There's a half chance it would be half-werewolf and a half chance it would be completely human," Ed told her, chuckling.

She smiled. "Sorry it was random. I wanted to know."

He smiled. "It's okay," he kissed her cheek.

She smiled. "I know you love my sillyness."

"Yes," he smiled. "I love everything about you."

She smiled. "good. That makes me happy."

He smiled brighter. "I want you to be happy."

She smiled. "Come on, let's find a place to sleep."

Nick nodded, smiling at her, and found a comfortable place under a large tree. "Is this alright?"
