It's a Love Story

He came back with the tea and some dayquil, sitting next to her on the bed this time. "Are you hungry?" he asked her.

She shook her head. She couldn't stand the thought of eating.

He nodded. "alright. Sit up, drink these." he said softly.

She sat up slowly, looking like she felt horrible.

He smoothed her hair and kissed her forehead. "Do you want me to move my tv in here? You could watch a movie." he offered.

She nodded. "Kay," she murmured.

He nodded. "Kay." he repeated. "When I come back that tea should be gone." He smiled, leaving.

She sipped on the tea he'd given her, blowing on it because it was a touch too hot.

He came back a few minutes later with his flat screen tv, setting it on the dresser. "So, what movie do you want?" he asked, plugging the machine in.

"I don't know," she said. "Pick a good one," she said, smiling. The tea had cleared up her sinuses somewhat.

He smiled. "So, you wane me to stay with you." He said, nodding.

"that'd be nice, but I don't want to get you sick," she said.

"I don't get sick very often." he shrugged. "I'll pick a few movies and then you can pick from those." He nodded, taking the empty tea cup. "I'll also get you more tea." he said, leaving.

She nodded and got comfortable, propping some of the pillows up against the headboard so she could sit up and watch the screen.

He came back with some movies and some more tea, handing her the tea nd setting out the movies. "So, pick one."

Ren picked out something she thought they'd both like, sipping on the second mug of tea.

Jon put the movie in and then sat next to her. "Feeling better?"

"A little. Thank you," she smiled, laying her head on his shoulder.

He smiled nodding. "You're welcome."

Ren sat comfortably next to Jon, only asking for another cup of tea once, and she paused the movie for him.

he gladly got her more tea, this time comming back with a bigger glass.

Ren smiled. "Thank you," she told him, thankfully taking the glass and taking a sip as she started the movie.

He nodded. "Drink as many of those as you can. It'll help you get better." he said.

She nodded. "I promise," she smiled at him.

He smiled and nodded. "Good." he said, taking her free hand.
