Holly and I Only!!!

Fairly was sitting on a bed that they were given, grumbling about how men controled everything.

Baily new not to bother her when she was in this mood so she decided to wonder a little, just to see what was around.

Niko paced the hallway and saw Baily waundering around. "Are you looking for something," he asked, sounding more friendly than before.

Damon walked out of the elevator and smiled. "I'm back. The Rogue is gone. it'd been the same one that showed up at the club."

"Are we in as much danger still?" Baily asked.

"Not as much, but the danger is still there," Damon told her, walking to them. "Are you hungry?"

"Starving." she smiled.

"Then let's get you to the kitchen to feed you," he smiled and lead her to the kitchen. "We don't have much, since we don't eat, but some Breedmates and their mates like to visit from time to time. Mostly the ones who've quit the Order and went to go start families.

"You can do that?" she asked, looking in the fridge. He was right, there wasn't much.

"They loved their mates more than the Order, but they still live close in case they need extra protection," he nodded.

She nodded and grabbed a hot pocket, putting it in the microwave. "When you said you couldn't turn us into vampires, was that physically or morally?" she asked.

"Physically," he answered, taking a seat at the breakfast bar.

"So, for those who fall in love, eventually have to loose their mate? that's horrible." she said softly.

He shook his head. "Not neccessarily. A bonded Breedmate and male will exchange blood to bond themselves to each other. As live goes on, they continue to do so. Breed blood makes the Breedmate healthy and all but stops her aging. I know bonded couples that have been together for hundreds of years, and their Breedmates are still young and healthy as ever."

She nodded. "Then that's good. I'd hate to fall in love with one of you and then know that I'd have to leave you soon."

He chuckled. "We'd hate it, too. Anyone would."

she nodded, taking the hot pocket out of the microwave. "How come you can't change us?" She asked, sitting across from him.

"It's physically impossible," he told her.

[didn't she already ask that three times? XD]

"So you're really a thousand years old?" she asked him.

He nodded. "I am."

"Have you fought in wars?" she asked.

He nodded. "I have. The war against our fathers, and now the war against the Rogues. It's been going on for hundreds of years."

"What about all the American wars?" She asked.

"Actually, most of those were started by vampires. They wanted to see what the humans would do if they pointed fingers."

she nodded. "that isn't nice."
