Lila groaned gently feeling his warm lips against her neck. Her body felt hot and cold at the same time and she was very excited by all of these new touches and kisses. Closing his eyes, she allowed her body to relax against his warmth and let him experiment with her body. "I'm sure you'll be able to find another girl..." she murmured shyly. "Then I'd feel sorry for you because you'd be stuck at a girl who's bad at kissing and doesn't know the difference between Chanel #1 and Chanel #5." she answered softly, blushing some more. Of course she knew that she should be more serious, but Lila couldn't help it. It was her defense mechanism to try and make a serious situation humorous.

"In love?" Lila asked him softly, looking down at his kind and sweet face. She knew what love was and had seen it before (Her two biggest examples being her parents and grandparents) but she had never fallen in love herself. It made her feel silly to not have known that someone had loved her for so long and that she had never really had such feelings in her own heart.

"I'm sorry that I didn't see it." she whispered, feeling foolish. How naive must she have been to not have noticed that he had cared for her so deeply for the past couple of years. Foolish, naive Lila. Always thinking that life was one big game and that no strong feelings were around where she was involved. "I wish I could say that I feel the same way, but I've never really loved someone outside of my family so strongly."

"No, James." Lila cried, reaching out for his hand. "I don't mean that I'm not attracted to you, because I am. A lot actually. You're really sweet and kind and," she blushed, "Really good looking to. I just don't love you like you love me. But that can change," her eyes were earnest and she knew that she wanted to try this. "Please, let's be together."

James looked into her eyes gently and pressed his lips to hers.

Lila smiled and happily kissed him back. While it was no whirlwind romance just yet, she was happy to know that a relationship would at least be given a chance. Pulling away, she blushed hearing the backdoor to the dojo opening and her mother calling for her. She must have decided to pick her up since it was raining. Giving James a shy smile, she excused herself and went to find her mother.

James got up and dusted himself off as he walked to the back to see Lila off.

Lila quickly told her mother that she needed a few minutes to change and then began to walk to the locker room. She tugged at her shirt as she entered the room and then took in a deep breath. A lot had happened in the short hour and a half of training. Running a hand through her hair, she sighed and then walked over to her locker. Letting her shirt drop, she also slid out of her pants.

Lila looked over at James thoughtfully and then shrugged. "It doesn't bother me." she responded simply, reaching for her shirt and pulling it over her head. While Lila was modest, she wasn't going to get all flustered and bothered because James had walked in on her changing. The poor guy was flustered enough for the both of them anyway. Reaching for her stonewashed jeans, she pulled them on and then zipped them up before walking to him.

Once she was dressed James blushed and wrote his cell number down, " Lets hang out tomarrow. How about going to see a movie or maybe going to the park?"

A soft smile graced her lips as she took the slip of paper from him. "Alright." she said, burying his pen and writing down her own number. "That sounds like a lot of fun." She liked the idea of spending some time with James. He was a really sweet guy. Kissing his cheek, she picked up her bag and bid him goodbye before leaving.

" Bye Lila." He waved gently. He grabbed his helmet and went out to his cycle and turned it on and drove off to the city's China Town end where he lived.

Lila was helping her mother put her bike in the back of the car when she saw James get on to the back of a motorcycle and drive off to where ever his home was. Her heart fluttered and she blushed for some reason before getting into her mother's car. "Who was that, Sweetheart?" she faintly heard her mother ask, to which she responded, "Just a boy."

James live in China town and went to an oriental school.

" YA HOOO" He zoomed down the street. He felt so happy.

Lila was in her own little version of cloud nine as well. Once she reached her home, she thanked her mother for the ride and went to take her bike out of the back. Walking her bike to the shed, she thought back to James and smiled softly. He really was a nice guy. As she walked into the house, her happiness was quite evident.

"Hmm?" Lila asked, hugging her father back thoughtfully. When the words began to sink in a soft blush lit her cheeks and she shook her head. "Oh, nothing. Well, something." she admitted sheepishly, quickly shaking her head again. "But it's nothing that you need to be bothered with, Daddy." This whole shy-sheepish thing was not something that she enjoyed. Lila was a more confident person who normally was in a firm state of mind. It was amazing what love could do to a person.

Lila bit at the inside of her cheek and nervously toiled with a stray lock of her ebony colored hair, a sort of nervous twitch that she had inherited from her mother. "Well..." she mumbeled, her cheeks flaming a dark red. For a very long time Lila had not exactly shown as the epitome of feminity. Up until she had turned thirteen years old she had always worn her hair cropped, normally done by herself. Needless to say it was very boyish looking. She'd worn baggy clothes and had even been known to get into some street fights with the boys (luckily enough through karate she was able to find a place to channel her energy and inner anger.) Luckily for her parents (who had always secretly hoped that she would soften up a bit over the years) she gradually became a bit more girlish, buying more stylish clothing and allowing her mother to take her to a salon to have her hair cut. But now that she was feeling such a girl feeling- love- she wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

What would her parents think?

"While I was at the dojo, I ran into my sparring parter, James. Not literally!" she quickly added, blushing. "We worked out a bit together andnowIkindofhaveadate...." her words slurred together at the end of her sentence, and she was coiling the lock of hair so quickly around her finger that it was a wonder that it didn't get tangeled.
