Robyn couldn't help but smile. "I would like that." she said softly, honestly believing him when he told her that he would come back. Maybe it was naive and he would not come back, she would wait for him until he returned back to the hospital, even if it would be hours and hours away. Perhaps when you became infatuated, that was only to be expected.

Bryan walked out and went to his house and packed some clothes and a pillow and blanket. He the went to subway and headed back to the hospital and walked back into her room. It took him half an hour

Robyn waited for him patiently, never once doubting that he would return. When he finally did come, she was so happy that she nearly leapt out of her bed to greet him. Of course, though, she was able to restrain herself. "You came back." she said happily, her heart fluttering and her cheeks flushing a lovely pink color. "I'm so happy that you did."

She blushed softly and then laughed. "I know that you did," her eyes were soft when she looked up at him. "I was willing to wait up for you as long as it would have taken." Robyn added, hoping with all of her heart that she didn't sound creepy. She had bonded with him, in a way. He was a kind man and she found that she was deeply smitten.

Bryan smiled gently. He was smitten with her as well. He handed her a sub and got her set up so she could eat. " I got some cookies too" He set one down for her dessert and gently kissed her lips lovingly. He couldn't help himself.

He was just such a kind and compassionate person. "What kind of cookies?" she asked softly, watching as he placed one day. She chuckled seeing the chocolate chip Chips Ahoy! brand. "Looks good." she said softly, blushing when she saw how close his face was. When his lips met her own, she sighed contently and kissed him back. How could she not?

She blushed softly and then began to eat. Every now and then she would stop to ask him things. While she knew she was smitten with him, this did not excuse the fact that she hardly knew him. Perhaps it was silly to dream of a sort of future with him because of their age, which was probably why she was choosing to at least get to know him as a person while she still had the chance.

Bryan talked very lively with her and told her everything he could that she asked of him. He wanted her to get to know him and he wanted to know her.

Robyn asked him questions that she found were relevant as well as small questions that hardly mattered, such as "What is your favorite color?" She could tell that eventually Bryan would want to ask her questions about her own life and she found that she was curious to see what it was about her that had sparked a curiousity within him.

Robyn was quiet for a few minutes. It wasn't that she was an idiot or anything like that, she just really didn't enjoy going to school. Sure, there were the few nice people who were able to make it fun, but when it came right down to it she found that she was miserable. There were a few classes she hardly understood and most of the time she found herself daydreaming. She wasn't exactly sure what she wanted to do with the rest of her life, which worried, but did not change the fact that she disliked school. "I don't know." she admitted.

"I'm not sure what I want to do with my life..." It seemed much worse when she said it outloud. Robyn knew of girls who were already visiting colleges and creating the perfect plans for the future and what lie instore for them up ahead. Why was she the dud who was only passing geometry by the skin of her teeth and who did not know what she aspired to be when she was older.

"You know what you want to do with your life. You're a doctor..." Robyn murmured softly. "I don't even have the faintest idea. Where does that leave me down the road? I want to work." she shook her head, "I mean, I don't want to be some freeloader who mooches off of my parents." She sighed and rested her head on her knees. "I don't want to be a burden. I'm just trying to matter."

"But what if I don't?" she asked softly, mostly to herself. Shaking her head, she decided to dismiss it. While she liked Bryan and had shared her first kiss with him, she was not interested in talking about such intense things when she still hardly knew him. "So... what was your favorite subject in school? I assume biology?" she asked quietly.

"Then why become a doctor? That has nothing to do with history." Robyn remarked thoughtfully, picking up the cookie that he had brought her and biting into it. Perhaps that was what he meant by not all people being able to achieve their dream. Sighing softly and brushing some hair from her eyes, she shly and gently motioned for him to be nearer to her.

He brought his pillow and blanket with him and sat on her bed. " I do like history but I found that I love helping people. I like making them feel better"

"It couldn't have been easy for you." she said thoughtfully. There seemed to be a quality in Bryan that differed significantly from most other boys that she knew. It wasn't a character flaw, per say. There was this sort of force about him. As corny as it seemed... it was magical more or less. What could it have been? Yawning gently, she allowed her body to cuddle next to his.
