Jack sighed, kissing her again and caressing her cheek. To think that some psycho could've hurt her. It made his blood boil just thinking about it, again. He then pulled away, smiling weakly. "Alright then, let's go." he said, getting out of the car and looking around as he waited on Lilli to get out.

She sighed, getting out of the car also, walking around to take his hand, holding him tightly.

Jack held her hand tightly as they went up to the theater and getting in line for tickets. Dear John wasn't sold out yet, thankfully enough. He was nervous as they moved up in line, he couldn't help feel that they were watched.

She sighed, staying close to him. She kept her eyes looking around then gasped and moved behind him. "I see him..." she whispered.

Jack growled, his hand reaching under his jacket. "When we get our tickets, go inside. Got it?" he whispered as he tried to make it seem as if he didn't see Dillon.

"I can't leave you... don't make me leave you." she whispered.

"You're not. You're just gonna be inside while I deal with him." Jack said, looking at her with stern eyes.

She shook her head. "No, I'm going to stay here... please?"

"No. Just do as I say, for once. He's going to freaking try to f*ck with your mind. I don't want that. So just go." Jack said, sighing and getting up to the booth for the tickets and asking for two.

She sighed. "If you let me go. he'll just fu.ck with your mind. Please."

Jack growled, getting the tickets after paying for them and getting out of the line. The bastard better be done within a half hour or else they'd have some problems. Seeing Dillon then come out from a crowd, he smirked and stared as they got closer. "Ok, what do you want with her? Hm? Just what is it!?" he hissed quietly when they were close enough to hear each other. Dillon only smirked, looking at Lilli. "I just want her back. She knows I didn't mean it."

"You hit me Dillon..." she said, hiding behind Jack. "You hit me more than once, how can you not mean it?"

"Who says I can't change? Hm? This guy here, from what you told me..well, he ain't exactly a martyr." Dillon said, scoffing and staring at Jack. Jack grunted, his fists tightening. "Well, for one thing, I didn't hit her. I was stupid, I admit it, but I never touched her." he replied, growling.

Lilli took Jacks hand, forcing hers into it. "Dillon, please leave us alone. You lost me... You're not getting me back."

Dillon took out a gun, pointing it straight at Jack. "If you know what's best for the both of you, Lilli, you'll come with me. Now." he warned, his hand shaking as he was close to the trigger. Jack froze, taking out his gun and pointing it straight back. "Back away man! I won't be afraid to shoot you." he warned, gulping.

"no!" Lilli gulped and moved between them, facing Jack. "I'll go with him..." she said softly.

Jack stared at Lilli in shock. "What? Why!?" he asked, gripping the gun tighter. Dillon smirked, holding Lilli close with an arm around her waist. "Say goodbye, Lilli." he whispered in her ear.

A tear ran down Lilli's cheek. "Bye Jack,"

Jack shot his gun off into the air, scaring Dillon a bit as he let go of Lilli. "I'll have my way, sooner or later. Hope this festers in your mind." he smirked, running off. Jack grunted, putting his gun away and grabbing onto her. "Let's go."

Lilli screamed just like lots of other people and then nodded as jack grabbed her, and went with him.

Jack knew others heard a gun go off. If he was caught, he could be well arrested. Grabbing onto Lilli's hand tightly, he took off to his car. "Get in!" he said in a hushed voice as he got into the driver's seat and drove off.

Lilli got into the car quickly and buckled up. she was to scared to do anything other than go with it.

After getting home, he set the alarm and even checked the windows, everything and everywhere. "Lilli...god, that guy is a psychopath! It's like there's no other choice but to fill his head up with bullets!" he said, gulping and shaking a bit as he put his gun away.

Lilli simply sank down onto the sofa, shaking like crazy. She'd never been so scared. And to think, she almost left with him, with Dillon. All she wanted to do was protect Jack.

"Were you really gonna go with him?" Jack asked, looking over at her. He couldn't believe she would go that far in 'protecting' him. It was insane!
