Matthew nodded, grabbing the bag and putting it down as he gently pressed her against the wall. She'd need something to lean against anyway, and not just him. "I'll be gentle, not like that rogue, just relax.." he said, pressing his mouth against her neck and kissing it. He always warmed up the poor women he fed upon, at least giving them some sort of relaxation. Afterwards, he licked the spot in which he'd bite and sunk his fangs in, holding onto her tightly as he began to feed.

She said nothing, though her heart certainly did some interesting things as he kissed her neck, licked it, then bit down into it and drank from her vein. Her hands clenched into fists on his chest as she moaned softly, her head falling back against the wall to give him more room to feed.

He appreciated the gesture, though he wasn't surprised. Being bitten and drunk from released adrenaline and among many other chemicals to ease some of the mind-numbing pain that is being bitten into by a vampire. He pressed against he, breathing heavily as he drank more. Once having his fill, he pulled away slowly, licking at the wound as blood slowly seeped out.

She moaned and went nearly completely limp, her legs turning into jelly. She blinked, breathing heavily as memories started coming back. This wasn't the second time that she'd been bitten by a vampire, nor the first that he'd drinken from her. "You.. You've done that before," she murmured, looking up at him with a confused look.

Matthew knew this would give her an insight from before. "Yes, I have...and so far, it's a taste I can't get away from. Now I can even smell you from a distance, it's no wonder they say that women of vampires for a reason and good reason only, start to become irresistable to them. To us, I mean." he said, licking his lips and helping her over to the couch. "I just know I should take you home...as soon as possible.." he muttered, afraid of having the desire to feed again.

She looked up at him. "Why don't you want me here," she asked, fighting against her light-headedness.

"Eh, I don't think it's so safe, especially for your heath. Imagine, living in the same place as a vampire who needs blood and might just have taken a strong liking to yours." Matthew chuckled, smiling a bit at his own irony. "Does it matter? Or are you ok with that fact?"

"It'd be better than living in fear of those Rogues," she pointed out. "Other than that fact, I don't mind. Consider it rent," she gave a weak smile.

He almost laughed, but kept quiet. She didn't seem like in the laughing mood. After all, she was dizzy. "Well then, I guess that's that. For now though, rest. Here's the remote." he said as he handed it to her and grabbed a pillow from the guest bedroom, putting it under her head. "Relax, I have to go out anyway..." he muttered, sighing as he went to the door.

"Thank you," she murmured, relaxing into the pillow he'd brought.

Hours went by, and Matthew returned before sunrise had struck, just in time. He saw her still on the couch, which was a good thing. Still, he remembered getting a verbal beating by his fellow vampires for even keeping a breedmate in his home. She had yet to know of The Order. Still, he'll explain later. For now, he needed to rest. He sighed, heading to his room and not bothering to close the door, collapsed on the bed.

She'd fallen asleep on the couch, watching TV. She woke up later in the morning and stretched, getting up to get breakfast.

Matthew continued to sleep, but he expected himself to awaken again soon. He needed to explain to her the severity of her being here. How dangerous it would be, too.

Jasmine finished eating and headed back to her bedroom. She paused, noticing that Matthew's door was open and he was asleep on his bed. He must have been exhausted when he came home...

And he was. Matthew had to retain so much anger from burstin at his 'brothers' for their silly comments. He sighed, his eyes opening as he felt someone watching him. He stared back at Jasmine, raising a brow. "Hm?"

She blinked. "Oh, I'm sorry! I just noticed your door open. Do you want me to close it?"

Matthew grunted and sat up very slowly. Never has he ever woken up just because a mate (or rather now, his own) was looking into his room. "I'm fine...I need to talk to you anyway.." he mumbled, motioning for her to come to him.

She walked in as he motioned and sat down on the edge of the bed. "What is it," she asked softly.

"You do know that since I just fed on you..we're practically mates...Have any idea what that means?" Matthew asked nervously. Women usually tend to go off once told something completely sudden.

She blinked. "Wha- Mates?" She stared at him a moment and sighed. No point going off about it - it wouldn't help anything. "Please explain."

Matthew chuckled quietly. Soon the fireworks would come. "Well, basically it's like an arranged marriage of sorts, once I fed from you, it's already as if we're bound for life. The only thing left for me to do is to have you drink mine. But, I'm pretty sure you won't allow for it taking that you barely know me." he explained, looking up at her.

"You think right," she said, sighing softly. She wasn't happy - that was certain - but she wasn't as pissed off as she should be.

Matthew sighed, shaking his head. "I know you wouldn't have liked it. No one likes this. But realize this, it's far worse for the vampire than it is on you." he mumbled, rubbing his face.

"How is it bad for you," she asked, honestly curious.

"I can't stop thinking about you, I want to feed again, and well..other things." Matthew muttered, coughing. God this was so damn awkward! He cleared his throat, looking down. "Well, still want to be here besides the fact that it's safe?"
