A Werewolf's Heart Part 1.3

Nick smiled and sat a few feet in front of Ilane, behind Bri.

Ilane turned Bri around. "Walk to daddy." She said softly, letting her grip loosen on Bri's hands. She left her finger in her daughters fist though, in case she wasn't ready to let go.

Bri smiled at her daddy and held her arms out to him.

Nick smiled. "Come on, baby. Come to Daddy," he encouraged.

Bri took a wobbly step towards him, unsure if that's what she was supposed to do.

Nick smiled, clapping. "Yaay! Come on, just a few more," he smiled.

Ilane stayed right beside her incase she fell. if she did, Ilane would catch her.

Bri giggled and took another step, slowly making her way to her daddy.

Ilane smiled brightly. "You're doing it Bri." she said encouragingly.

Within five more steps, she made it to Nick and he picked her up. "Yaaaay! You did it!" he said happily. Bri squealed with laughter, clapping her hands.

Ilane laughed and kissed her daughters head. "Yay!"

Nick chuckled. "You wanna walk to Mommy now, Bri?" Bri giggled as Nick sat her down to face her mommy. Bri took a step towards her mommy, holding out her arms towards her, walking a bit wobbly.

Ilane sat a few steps away holding her arms out also. "Come here baby." she said, smiling.

Bri giggled and reached her mommy, holding her arms up to her.

Ilane picked up her daughter then fell backwards playfully, letting Bri stand on her stomach again. "wow... you were going to fast you made me fall." she said playfully.

Bri squealed with laughter, clapping her hands happily.

Nick chuckled and sat beside them, smiling happily.

"Bir, say mommy for me." she said softly.

"Ommy," Bri giggled.

"Mmmmommy." She said, making sure that she knew to have the M at the beginning."

"Mmommy," Bri giggled.

Nick smiled and kissed his baby girl's cheek.

"What about Daddy?" She asked. "Say Daddy."

"Daddy," Bri smiled.

Nick chuckled. "Our girl's so smart," he nuzzled Bri, making her giggle.

She smiled. "say Brianna." She said softly. she couldn't be happier.

"Bri-nana," Bri giggled.

Ilane chuckled and looked at Nick. "Our daughter is renaming fruit."

He laughed. "Briana," he said slowly.

"Brinana," she giggled again.

Ilane laughed and held up her daughters meat. "Meat." she said, teaching her daughter the word for what she ate.

"Meat," Briana said, reaching for it.
