He smiled. "That's probably a good thing."

She chuckled, smiling up at him.

He smiled at her. "Your feet much hurt. Come." He took her hand and went to a tree, helping her sit down.

She smiled and sat down. "Thank you," she said. She'd been ignoring her sore feet and it felt good to relax.

He sat next to her, bringing her feet into her lap and started massaging them.

She smiled and closed her eyes, letting herself relax. "That feels nice," she murmured.

He smiled at her, massaging her calves now.

"Mmm," she murmured, relaxing further. It felt very nice.

He chuckled and gave the other leg the same treatment. He really hoped that these gestures he made would show her how much he loved her.

"I should pay you back for all of this," she murmured to him, opening her eyes. "What can I do?"

He shook his head. "Nothing. Just relax."

"But I want to," she insisted.

"You don't need to." he said. "I don't want you to. I want to do this for you."

She gazed at him for a while and sighed softly. "Alright," she murmured.

He smiled at her. "You gave me what I wanted when you said I could be her dad." he said softly.

"That's all you want," she asked.

I want your love too he thought to himself with a wistful look in his eyes but nodded. "That's all I want."

"You're sure," she asked, feeling like she could do more for him.

you could love me like you loved Al. he thought again but nodded, keeping his feelings to himself. "I'm sure."

She thought she saw something in his eyes, but figured she must be seeing things. "Alright... If you think of something, you have to tell me," she told him.

He nodded. "I will." he said, kissing her cheek.

She smiled softly at him and relaxed against the tree again, rubbing her belly.

Raini went back to her mate and sat next to him and Conall. "There's my two men." she smiled, kissing Brados' cheek.

Brados smiled. "Hey, baby," he said cheerfully. Conall squealed happily, seeing his mom.

Sam smiled, picking up her son and then sitting in Brados' lap. "Say mommy Conall." She smiled. They were trying hard to get him to talk.
