Inner turmoils~Moonangel

Darin helped Lynn stand by resting on his shoulder with his one arm around her waist. It was child's play at this point. "Ok, let me take you home then, I'll have your car taken back by a personal driver of mine." he said as he walked out of the club with the angel.

"Mkay" she replied, her word a bit slurred. She let herself lean against him and walk with him. Surely him taking her home wouldn't be so bad. She was in no condition to drive as she was anyhow.

Darin chuckled again. If Angels were this cute, he'd have to try hard to switch to the other side sometime in the next century or two. Then again, he commited quite the large sins, it was almost next to impossible to do so. Getting her inside his car, he drove out from the club's parking and started to drive to the opposite way they came. "Where do you live?" he asked.

"Umm, not far I think. In that one apartment complex.." she had to stop to think for a moment before she finished answering. "Oh, yes, Robine Square." she said with a little yawn. She was a tad tired and found the movement of the car a bit soothing.

Darin drove, going to where he was told. He knew that address too well. Hell, that's where most of his souls are collected sometimes. Soon he parked, looking around. "This is?" he asked as he shook her shoulder gently.

"Hmmm?" she said, glancing over at him. She had almost fallen asleep there for a moment. "Oh, yes, this is it" she said, once it processed in her mind what he had said. "Thanks for the ride" She gave him a smile and started getting out of the car. "See ya tomorrow.."

"Don't you need help getting to your place?" Darin asked, trying to find an excuse to go inside with her alone. No angels around so far that he could detect.

"Probably" she admitted, thinking about how she'd keep herself steady enough on her own to go up the steps to her apartment. She wouldn't mind some help from him, if he was willing to lend it.

"Alright, just let me park then." Darin said as he drove to the parking lot for the complex and got out quickly. Picking up the little drunken angel, he went into the complex. "So, which room?" he asked.

"6B" she said, staying curled up in his arms. She wasn't expecting him to bother this much. He was a demon, though she had neevr really met one before, she didn't have high expectations when first meeting. She had heard stories about them many-a-time.

He arrived at 6B without a problem. Opening the door with his hand or rather his unnatural strength, he forced the lock open and walked inside without so much as a sound. A smirk plastered itself on his face as he laid her down on her bed. "This good then?" he asked, leaning down a bit and breathing over her neck.

"Mhm.." she murmured, noting that his breath sent shivers up her spine. She felt like she could sleep just about now. "Thanks..." Part of her wondered how he had gotten into her locked apartment, but she figured he was just strong. She'd have to fix the door later, she knew.

"You're not gonna change out of these clothes..?" Darin asked, chuckling and kissing her cheek. This is too easy....What an easy soul to get. "Give in to your desires...your feelings, Lynn." he whispered once more, his hand starting to gently raise her blouse up.

She almost gave in to him, but then stopped herself. "Can't do this" she mumbled. "Against the rules..." She pushed him away. "I'll be fine sleepin in my clothes.." She knew she was just about drunk, but she had had those rules beaten into her brain before she left. Even int his state she'd know the rules, even though they may seem a bit fuzzy.

Darin grunted. Pulling away, he stood and looked over Lynn. He always liked a challenge. "Alright, sleep tight. Take care..." he mumbled, leaving the apartment and closing the door. "I'll have you soon enough..." he mumbled as he left the complex and went on home.

"Night" she murmured, and fell into a heavy sleep. She had avoided temptation, even when intoxicated. She was pretty sure if she had to, she could do it again. At least she hoped. Her dreams ran wild with things that she missed from heaven and the new joys she haad discovered on earth.

As Darin drove home, he hissed quietly. Even his hands grew hot. He was so close! He sighed, closing his eyes for a few moments before opening them and speeding home. No one could catch him.

Lynn woke the next morning with a killer headache. She remembered most of what happened, but certain areas were a little grey. She groaned and rolled out of bed, pledging to herself to never drink again. Why were humans stupid enough to go back to doing it over and over again? Surely they didn't enjoy the aftermath. She jumped in the shower and got dressed quick as she could manage, then remembered that her car was still at work. She'd have to take th bus for the first time. With a sigh, she grabbed what she would need for work and headed to the door. The lock was, of course, broken. Just another problem she'd have to deal with.

Hell, after being ignored like that, Darin had forgotten to send a car over to pick her up. He sighed as he was at his desk, looking at the paperwork he had to fill. As for the broken lock, he'd send money as compensation for it. "Just hope she doesn't remember my advances on her.." he mumbled.

Lynn ot onto the Tarc coming up to bus stop she sat at and got on. There were many... interesting characters on the bus. She paid the money to get on and slpped into an empty seat. When she was about a block away fromher work, she got off and walked the rest of the way. She couldn't handle the arguments a few people were getting into. Made the headache wirse. She remember the advancements he'd made on her, but not very well. Just enough to know that he had made them on her when she got home last night. Even so, he had showed her a good time and helped her home, so she didn't quite hold a grudge against him for it. He was a demon anyhow, so how much he had helped was a surprise. She got inside the building and checked in, then headed up to her boss's office where she worked.

Darin sighed as he heard the shuffling of papers and screeching of a chair. Lynn had come to work. Damn it. He coughed quietly, making sure not to make any noise and bump into her at least this early. He looked at his watch, then grinning as roses came to her desk on schedule by a delivery boy. It was an anonymous note with it too.

By the time Lynn had gtten things straightened out like she'd want them, a delivery boy came with roses. She wondered who would send her roses? There was an anonymous note with, which she picked up to read.

The note had said: "Sorry for last night, it was bad of me. Hope you forgive my actions. -Your boss" It was sort of amusing, the note. At least to Darin. The poor girl was drunk and well, he was taking advantage. Too easy.

Lynn smiled a little when she read the note. she wasn't thinking he'd bother with something like this. A demon giving any kind of apology? Maybe the others in heaven had over-exaggerated on how bad demons really were? She didn't know, but sighed and asked soemone to bring her a vase. When she got one, she put the roses in it with some water and then went back to work. She wasn't going to let things like this effect her at work, if she could help it.

Well then, why would any other demon not do so? Hell, he was after her soul! He'd just try harder next time! Darin yawned, getting up and poking his head out from his office after opening the door a tad. "Lynn, I see you got the flowers..." he grinned. "Like em?"
