(I kind of like Maggie. Sorry, that's none of the names you suggested Sad )
The next day Molly was still being questioned by the doctors though there wasn't much concern that the baby had been born a week late- it was better late than early. A tired sigh passed her lips and she looking over boredly at the clock which was very slowly ticking on by. Eventually the doctors agreed that she would be able to leave after lunch.

( Not a problem)

Dom came in with Jason. Jason was sipping some orange juice from mcDonalds. Dom hated mcDonalds so he didn't let Jason have anything really unhealthy. Just some hot cakes and orange juice. None of that greezey shit. " Mommy I got orange juice' he smiled as he hopped onto a chair being good like Dom told him to. He told him not to be hopping all over her right now. Dom came to Molly and kissed her lips gently " So what the doc say"

Molly smiled as Dom gave her a soft peck on the lips before telling him, "The doctors say that it's alright to take her back home and that we won't need to worry about any weekly check ups." She was relieved that Maggie was healthy and that they wouldn't need to really worry about a doctor for another couple of months until their little girls first check up.

After going through the last of the paperwork with the doctors and having a quick lunch in the hospital cafeteria they were finally allowed to leave. Molly yawned softly as she strapped Maggie in her car seat in the back, next to Jason whom she reminded several times to not move around too much or be too loud since his little sister was sleeping.

Jason sat still in the back. He pouted slightly. all there was now was rules rules and more rules. Don't jump right in her face, don't jump all over mom, Don't yell so loudly, don't poke her, Stop pouting. He kicked the back of the driver's seat and Dom looked back at him " Don't do that. I'm trying to drive"

Jason scowled at him and looked out the window in a huff.

Molly sighed softly to herself as she realized what was happening. While she had prided herself on having such a well behaved child she knew deep down that she couldn't completely avoid the sibling rivalry that Jason was bound to feel towards Maggie. Looking at Jason in the drivers mirror she wondered if it was time to find him a friend, someone to take his mind off of the lack of attention he would have from her and Dom for the next few months. For the past eight years it had just been the two of them with hardly any kids Jason's own age. Perhaps it was time she contact her old college girlfriend Cara and invite her and her little girl Sophie over for dinner.

Jason just wanted to go in his room and hide from everyone. He didn't realize having a sibling was going to mean he was going to get in trouble all the time. Jason's face turned into a sour and bitter expression. He didn't want his sister anymore. He wanted them to take her back to the hospital. He didn't want the responsibility of the older child. He didn't want his dad anymore either. He hated the change now. His dad changed everything! Jasno pulled his hoodie hood over his head and cried silently.

They finally reached the house. Molly got out slowly and then leaned back to get Maggie out. By now the newborn was awake, blinking her eyes a bit before stopping and gurgling up at her. Molly chuckled and then started to walk into the house, ready to give the baby a "tour" so to speak. Once she bathed her, fed her and put her down for a nap she would call up Cara and made dinner plans for next week.

Jason went into his room and crawled under his bed. He hugged his bear and sniffled.

A week later things were still hectic but somewhat bearable. Maggie was certainly making good use of the baby monitor, crying for most of the nights and keeping Molly up, usually not wanting Jason or Dom to wake up. Finally the night had come where Sophie would be introduced to Jason and he would have at least one friend to distract him from his lack of attention at home.

jason wasn't adjusting very well. He wasn't listening to his parents and he sulked all the time.

The doorbell rang and Molly quickly answered. She had already let Dom in on her idea and had prepared a delicious meal. At the door stood a tall woman with blonde hair and grey eyes. She smiled at Molly and pulled her into a bear hug, nearly winding Molly. Looking down Molly saw a shy little girl with curly blonde hair like her mother and icey blue eyes. Cara had already let Molly know that she was currently in a trial seperation with her husband and to not bring it up during dinner. Letting the two in Molly called Jason down.

The sulky boy came downstairs quietly. He saw the girl and blinked.

"Jason," Molly said, walking over to him and gently leading him to the girl. "This is Sophie. She's your age and goes to the Catholic school near the church."

Sophie blushed a bit and hid behind her mothers legs, though Cara stepped to the side to show her to Jason. "H-hi..." she whispered, looking over at him with curious eyes. "I'm Sophie..." she mumbled. "It's really nice to meet you." she added, remembering that her mother always told her to show manners when meeting someone.

" Hi, I'm Jason" he said gently. He tilted his head at the shy girl.

Claire was amused but also painfully familiar with her daughter's shy routine. Moving aside and nudging her daughter forward she let the two kids converse. She was already leaving with Molly into the kitchen for something to drink before her daughter could protest and find refuge behind her legs once more.

Sophie looked down at her hands for a few minute, as if she had never noticed them before and then cautiously looked up at Jason. "S-so, um, you go to the public school with the jungle gym, right?" she mumbled, being a student at the Catholic private school in the next town.
