Finally a home~ Private

She shook her head, getting up and going to the suit case. she pulled out some panties and a large shirt, pulling those on and then getting back into the bed.

Joshua groaned as she stood to get out of her clothes. He sighed afterwards, deciding to change himself into just new boxers. Getting into bed, he got under the covers with Marley and hugged her gently. "Hm, sleep."

She nodded. "Thank you." she whispered. "I love you."

"Love you too, baby, always." Joshua whispered in her ear, kissing her cheek. Closing his eyes, he smiled and fell asleep, his hand over her belly.

She stayed for a while, coughing a little bit because of the smoke, but slowly fell asleep.

Joshua was up early, having finished a shower and glad he didn't smell of smoke. Sighing as he dried off and dressed in shorts and a tank shirt, he stretched. He smiled, seeing Marley still asleep. He decided to get breakfast and bring it back to the room, so he left quietly with his keycard. He had left a note, just telling her that he'd be downstairs gathering breakfast.

Marley hadn't slept well but when she started waking up, she ran to the bathroom, just barley making it before throwing up. She moaned, slowly and weakly going back to the bed. She read the note, smiling. She got up and went to check her phone. She sat down back on the bed, calling Elizabeth and Shawn.

Shawn was the first to pick up the phone, groggy. "Hello?" he mumbled, rubbing his eyes. Joshua was now coming in after the first few minutes into the conversation. Mouthing a 'good morning', he set the plates down on the mini table. Sitting, he looked at Marley, wondering whom she was speaking to, though he guessed it was his parents.

"I didn't mean to wake you up Shawn. I just though you should know what happened last night." she said, not hiding her accent. She had told them what happened with the fire and that everyone, including the baby, was okay.

Shawn almost freaked out, but kept quiet so not to wake up Elizabeth. "Then where are you staying?" he asked in a hushed voice. Joshua already expected that his father would freak out.

"At a hotel. It's okay, we've got it." she said softly, looking at the food Joshua had brought, it looked amazing.

Shawn sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, that's good. How's the little one in ya?" he asked, smiling as Elizabeth started to wake up. Joshua had then started on his plate.

Marley rubbed her belly. "It's fine. I've got a doctors appointment the day after we get back to see how they're doing." she said softly, still staring at the food.

Shawn nodded, chuckling. "Well, if everything is alright, then good. Now, I'm sure you're probably hungry or need to get on to something, I'll let you go. I'll call later." he said, having to know that he had to tell Elizabeth, whom was already staring and watching.

"Alright. Give my love to Elizabeth." she smiled, closing her phone then getting out of the bed, grabbing some food.

Joshua chuckled. "I take it that you told dad?" he asked, grinning.

"I had to." she said, sitting at their little table. "Last night was a huge thing, they deserve to know." she said, drinking some of what he brought.

"Yeah, I know. If you told mom though, you'd be on the phone for a full on hour. Trust me." Joshua laughed, drinking the orange juice he brought. "Feel good?"

she nodded. "Yeah. My lungs hurt a little but otherwise, I'm fine."

"Good, slept well?" Joshua asked as he held up a piece of pancake up to Marley's mouth, smiling. He might as well, since they couldn't do so earlier because of the fire.

She took the pancake and nodded, chewing it. "Yeah. I guess." she said softly.

"So, what do you want to do today?" Joshua asked, though he wanted to try gambling, now that their lives were almost gambled by the fire.

"I'm not sure. You don't want to gamble..." she shrugged.

"Actually, yeah, I do." Joshua grinned, rubbing his hands together. "Wanna?"

She smiled. "What kind of gambling?" She asked, taking more pancake. "Like, the slots or like, poker? ooh! Craps! I can blown on your dice." She smiled.
