Finally a home~ Private

She shrugged. "I really don't know." she said. "I hope it isn't to long."

"Possibly for two weeks, depending. She did break ribs and her knee and such. She's in bad condition to just be sent home willy nilly." Elizabeth said, closing her eyes. She truly felt bad for her daughter in law.

Marley sighed. "But, I heal fast... I could promise to stay in bed and not move unless I need..." she said. "I don't want to stay here for 2 weeks..."

"It's all on the doctor's shoulders. I can't say anything really." Elizabeth said, pouting a bit. Eleanor scoffed. Joshua however sighed. "I don't know, I mean...you're banged up badly..." he mumbled, coughing.

She sighed and reached for the water. "Okay. I'll stay here for as long as needed." she said then looked at Elizabeth. Her husband was suppose to be coming home today. "Have you heard from Joshua's dad?" She asked. Even though he wasn't around much, she sort of thought as his dad as hers.

Elizabeth had almost forgotten. "Ah, he's probably gotten home by now. I left a note so..." she smiled, though really anxious to see her husband. But, right now the most important thing was Marley. Joshua looked up, wondering why he never was informed. Was it a surprise?

"You should go home. I'm taken care of here. You deserve some time with him." she said softly. "I have my husband who I know isn't leaving me. I also have my grandma."

"Agh....Ok, but I'll be back later." Elizabeth said, smiling and kissing Marley's cheek as she left the room. Joshua only chuckled. "That was sweet of you, babe." he said, smiling warmly. Eleanor only chuckled as well. "That's what she is, sweet and generous."

She shrugged gently. "She looked anxious." she said, smiling at Joshua. "And she'll probably end up bringing him here after a little while."

Joshua grinned, nodding. "Definitely." he said, smiling and glad that some positiveness came into the room. Eleanor had apparently then, fallen asleep. She had been doing that lately.

Marley sighed. "When you go home, you think you can get some stuff for me?" she asked Joshua. "If I'm gonna be here for a few weeks, I'm going to want some stuff to keep me entertained."

"Just say the word and I'll bring whatever you need." Joshua said, smiling. "Anything else?" he asked, staring at Marley. He would do anything for her at this point. He was sure she'd do the same.

She thought for a moment then smiled. "Maybe a kiss." she said, smiling at him. She really was feeling much better.

Joshua grinned, leaning in and kissing Marley softly. "Hm, if you weren't hurt and in the hospital, we'd be having a repeat of our anniversary night." he said against her lips, chuckling.

She smiled, keeping his lips on hers with her good hand on the back of his neck. "In our new apartment too." then she gasped and moved his head away. "Did you look at the apartment? I never got there.... I really liked that one and it was a good price."

"Ah...well, not really. I could look at it real quick. Your grandma's right here after all." Joshua said, sighing and rubbing the back of his neck.

She nodded. "Unless you still want to live at home. We may not be able to afford these medical bills..." she said. She just really wanted that apartment. It looked amazing and it had a good payment plan for the rent.

"I'll find a way. My dad might help me out with those bills." Joshua said nodding. "I really want the apartment, especially since then we'll be together, alone for once." he said, kissing her again. She deserved it, and especially their baby for whenever they decide to have at it again.

She nodded. "Can you go sign a lease for it?" she asked. "I mean look at it and if it's a good one, sign a lease. I'll be fine. Really. I mean, I'm in a hospital." she smield.

Joshua smiled. "Yeah. I will, just relax. I'll be back within an hour tops." he said, leaving the room with a snoring Eleanor.

Marley smiled. So, she was in a really bad car accident and was now in really bad shape, but, that didn't mean for her to get all depressed like she did last time.

With two hours, Joshua had come back to see Eleanor still asleep and Marley in the process. Chuckling, he went over to her, kissing her lips. "Guess what?" he whispered.

Slowly her hand wrapped around his upper arm and she kissed his lips again and smiled. "what?" she whispered back.

"That apartment you were looking it, is ours." Joshua winked, kissing Marley softly. He only wished he could take her now and go to their own home. Still, now he would have to work harder than ever.

She smiled, wrapping both arms around him and kissing him more. "That's amazing." She said smiling. "You'll have to go home and start packing... Man, I wish I could help..." She sighed, settling into the pillows.
