Werewolves and Humans: Together in Spirit

Fenrir nodded and then moved to the bear a little more putting both hands out. The bear should recognize him as Fenrir the lycan. However he also knew that the bear was scared of the others and would still act hostile so he moved cautiously not wanting to show his strength to the bear.

Sam backed off to give them room, watching the bear curiously, and worried about her. She knew if he didn't get her down, then the rangers would most likely resort to the tranquilizer guns.

Without warning Fenrir lunged in and grabed the bandages and tracker and ripped them off making the bear yell out in pain. Fenrir through the bandages to the ground and the tracker then made his way to get away from the bear.

Sam blinked, surprised at his sudden move. He moved so fast! She grabbed the tracker and bandages quickly and backed up back to her car.

Fenrir ran through the area hoping to get the bear to follow him and get it away from the cliff as well as lose the damned rangers so he can go to his wolf form.

He ran away fast; Sam watched in amazement, then cursed as one of the rangers shot the bear with a tranquilizer anyway. Well, at least she was on the ground before they shot her.

Sam sighed and went to go check the bear for further injuries after she was asleep.

Fenrir cursed hearing the gun go off but there was nothing much he could do, not as a man anyways. Fenrir found a tree with a large hole in it. HE stripped as quick as he could then put all his clothes in the hole, "Lets do this the right way now." Fenrir said smiling as his body began to shift.

Seeing no new injuries, Sam took the dart out and left the bear there. She didn't want it getting hurt while she was unconscious, so she'd stay in her Jeep while the other rangers went back to their stations.

Fenrir was mad now, the rangers had no right to shoot the bear at all. He howled as a wolf and ran as fast as he could back to the scene wanting to show them that nature can bite back.

Sam jumped, halfway in her jeep, when she heard a howl that wasn't too far away. She looked around, one foot in the jeep, one still on the ground, wondering where it had come from, since it had echoed through the hills and trees.

Fenrir arrived and saw the bears sleeping body and howled again angrily looking at all the jeeps and rangers with an obvouis state of aggression.

Sam froze, recognizing the wolf from last night, and he wasn't happy at all. She was halfway glad the other rangers had already left, then again she was halfway scared for her life.

Fenrir saw Sam and his first thought was how the bear would wake up in a panic and that the bear would lose trust in him. He growled as he moved towards her keeping his head low and rolling his shoulders as he walked to her.

Sam kept her eyes from looking into his and slowly moved so she was lying on the ground, acting submissive. She knew running away would do no good, and he would just hurt himself if he attacked the jeep.

Fenrir looked at her then at her jeep, he moved to it and raised hislet spraing it down and showing what he thought of it then he moved to her and growled in her face before walking back to the bear and licking where the dart had gone in.

Sam closed her eyes tightly, ready for him to do something, then heard him walk away and cautiously raised her head to see what he was doing. She relaxed somewhat, but wouldn't be completely relaxed until he left.

Fenrir gave Sam a dark glance then walked back into the woods and sat down watching and waiting for her to leave his land.

Sam watched him leave and slowly got up, getting into her cheep and starting the engine, hoping he didn't come back to attack it, and drove off slowly, being careful of the trees and other animals like she normally was.

Fenrir sighed even as a wolf he couldn't change how humans were, they didn't understand a lot, no matter how smart they were they couldnt' understand anything.

Sam got back to her house and sighed as she walked inside. She kicked off her shoes and set her bag down before walking to the couch and sitting down, relaxing.

Fenrir could smell what he had done to her car as she drove off, a smile crossed his wolfie face. Perhaps he would go visit her tonight and teach her a lesson.

Sam paid no attention to the radio as it played. She instead thought about the wolf, curious as to why she'd seen it with the pack last night, and then licking the bear's hind leg just under half an hour ago. Whatever this wolf was, he was sociable a the very least. It seemed he was almost their protector of sorts. A protector who knew how to shut doors behind him.

Fenrir told the birds what had happened so they would shut up about his howl then he started a long boreing walk to the home of the ranger he had scared. He wanted badly to stop them from enterfearing unless the animals came to them.

Sam wondered how the wolf knew how to shut doors. Had he been in captivity before? Was it possible, considering his size? She pondered different options, but none made sense.

Fenrir walked and sat on the outskirts of the woods and crossedhis front legs as he lay down.
