Melody knew that her parents, brothers, and grandparents were getting a little sick of all of the lovey-doveyness emitting from them, so she took him out to the backyard where they could be alone. "Everyone is deffinately... shocked about us." she murmured softly, laying down on the porch swing, gently patting the space beside her, encouraging him to do the same. Melody was in a cuddling sort of mood.

" Its not like they never fell in love before..." he said gently laying beside her. " Hey lets go to the hammock instead" The wood on his back didn't suit his fancy.

"Alright." she said, laughing softly and then getting up from the porch swing. She walked with him to the hammock that hung deeper into the woods of her grandparents house, and then laid down besides him once he had laid down.

She gently rested her head on his chest and sighed softly. "Do you... do you regret last night?" she asked softly, gently turning her head to look up at him. Melody wasn't sure how she would handle it if it turned out he regretted being with her.

She sighed softly, and then smiled. "Neither do I." Melody murmured. "I never will be able to. I love you, and it brought us together." Last night had brought her Seth, her mate. The person who would love her for the rest of eternity.

A small sigh of contentment passed her lips, and she closed her eyes. A future together. That sounded really nice. The wind gently rustled through the trees, and she chuckled as it made her hair flutter about.

Melody smiled, and then kissed his cheek. "You're so cute, Love." she murmured gently, and then nuzzled his cheek. She'd always had a crush on Seth, but had always been afraid that he didn't even know that she was alive.

Melody smiled softly at him. "I'll try to get her to." she murmured softly, though she really wasn't sure if her mother would let her now that she knew they were mates.

"You know that you won't be able to go to school for a while soon, right?" Melody asked softly. "I'd be willing to stay with you for the next week or so. I don't think Mom will mind too much. She was there to help your mother."

Smiling, she closed her eyes, and she let herself relax in his arms. The cool breeze felt good against her skin, and she liked the gently rocking of the hammock. Though, honestly, she was starting to feel a little sleepy.

It wasn't long until Carmella came across the two sleeping contently in the hammock. She smiled softly, and then went to get a small blanket to drape over them. Despite the teasing that the young couple recieved from her husband, and the shock from both their mother's, she thought that they looked really sweet together.

They weren't the first to become mates so early in life. Nicky and Rose had been young mates.

While it was true that Nicky and Rose had become mates at a considerably early age, they had become mates under different circumstances. Rose had nearly died, and Nicky had saved her. Such a thing really brought people together. Melody and Seth getting together seemed much more sudden.

As the sky started to turn a dark inky color, Carmella decided that it was time to wake the two. Lizzy had very reluctantly agreed to let Melody stay at least one more night so that she would be able to help Seth out and show him around the house.
