It's a Love Story

"It's easiest if you just have it on youtr phone." she said.

"I guess," he chuckled.

"So, where am I suppose to go?" she asked him.

"Right two streets down, then a left five blocks later and it'll be on the right," he told her, looking at the map.

She smiled at him and nodded. "Alright." she said, following his directions. "I told you I knew how to get there."

"Right," he chuckled. "After I told you."

"Only because I gave you my phone. My phone new how to get there, which means I knew how to get there." she smiled, pulling into a parking space.

He laughed. "Very clever. I will give you that one," he grinned.

"Good." She smiled, grabbing her stuff from the back seat. "Will you help me put the top up?"

"Sure," he said and helped her.

Once done, she made sure alll her doors were locked then smiled at Mike. "Alright, ready."

He smiled and led her up to his hotel room. "Cass, I brought someone to meetchya," he said as he opened the door. His little sister was sitting on the floor, playing with the keyboard Mike had brought. "Mikey!!" She jumped up and ran to hug her beloved brother. "Who'd ya bring?"

"This is my friend Lilli," he introduced her. "I invited her to the hoedown."

"Ohh, she's pretty," Cassie grinned. "It's nice to meetchya, Lilli. I'm Cassie!" she held out her hand for her to shake.

Lilli smiled and shook the little girls hand. "It's nice to meet you, too. And may I say that you're very pretty also."

"Thank you," she smiled. "Are you gonna sing with Mikey?"

"No. I don't think so." she smiled.

"Why not," she asked. "Singing is fun!"

She nodded. "I know, but I'd rather dance."

"There will be lots of that, too," Mike smiled.

Lilli nodded. "So, Cassie. I brought some make up with me, I thought that you and I could get to know each other while I make you look even prettier than you are now for the dance."

"Ohhh, I getta get all prettied up!? Fun," she cheered. "Mama does me up sometimes, but it doesn't last long," she giggled, bouncing up and down excitedly.

Lilli looked at mike. "Why doesn't it last long?"

"She'll go out to show our cousins and they end up playing too rough or she eats right after," he explained.

She nodded. "alright, so just highlights." she smiled, looking at Cassie. "Ready?"

"Ready," Cassie smiled.

"Alright!" She said and turned to kiss Mike's cheek. "I'll see you soon." she said softly
