Holly and I Only!!!

"You're the one who pulled me into the pool," he chuckled, teasing her.

"that's a different type of teasing." she smiled,

He grinned evily and pulled her close, nibbling her neck. "What kind of teasing is this," he murmured.

She moaned slightly. "the BAM kind..."

"Bam, huh," he chuckled, nuzzling her neck.

She nodded. "Bam." she said again.

He chuckled and kissed her lovingly, lifting her up into his arms.

She smiled and kissed his lips. "Take me baby."

He smiled and went to their room to do mommy and daddy things with his mate.

Ryder peeked in the library to see if Olivia was there.

Olivia was sitting on the floor of the library surrounded by books. This time mythology books.

Ryder snuck up behind her and shouted "BOO" to scare her.

She jumped slightly and then looked at him, smiling. "you're all wet..."

"I learned to float with mommy," he smiled. "What are you reading this time?" He knew how to read, but he wasn't very good at it yet.

"Greek Mythology." she smiled. She was unbelivably smart and often helped Ryder. "Like, Zeus and Posidon."

"Who are they," he asked her, sitting down next to her. He liked listening to the stories she read. She read them in a way he could picture them in his head.

"Well, it all started with Zeus. He didn't like his father, Cronus, so he killed him and Zeus declared himself lord of all gods. Well, Zeus was not alone, he had brothers. Hades and Posidon. Posiden was declared god of the seas and is worshiped by seamen. Hades was tricked and cursed to rule the underworld. It's all very interesting. These gods are more human than the Christian god or any other god."
"Take Posidon for instance. He betrayed his first love to try to get some one else. It was said that he created the first horse for her. He had to go through many versions of the horse to get it perfect but by that time, he had gotten tired of his new girl. He's also greedy and has tried to take over the cities of the other gods. Like Atheana. Athens is named for Atheana, but there was a huge fight between her and Posidon for that city." she explained, her eyes bright with being able to explain these things.

"Who is Athena," he asked. He was always asking questions and wanting to know more.

"Athena is the Goddess of Wisdom, war, crafts, cities." she smiled. "It's said that she wasn't born. She emerged from her father's head, Zeus's head, fully grown and in her armor."

Ryder tried to picture it and wrinkled his nose. "Was she made of his snot?"

She giggled and shook her head. "No silly. Just an image in his brain. When her mom was pregnant with her, Zeus made the mom's spirt go into his. Soon, Zeus started having head aches and would scream in pain. So, Hephistus, Zeus's son, split his dad's head open and out popped Athena."

"I wanna see his head split open," Ryder laughed.

"This book has pictures." she smiled, turning to the page.

"Cool," Ryder smiled, studying hte pictures curiously.

"I think so." Olivia smiled, looking at more books. "there are so many and they're all related to each other. They're stories of pain and heart ache but still people worship them, fear them, ask them for help."

"How come there's so many," he asked. "And how come there's only one Christian god?"
