" You should've seen it. it was so awsome. I landed the double heel flip but I forgot to stop and I ran right into the car. Mom can I build a half pipe in the back yard. Pleeeasssee" Spencer said.

Celine smiled weakly. His brother deffinately seemed like he was... reckless, to say the very least. "I'm sure that he makes your mother worry a lot." It made sense was Deren was so good. He didn't want to see his mom too stressed out.

"Absolutely not." Kimberly answered, dabbing at his cuts with cloths soaked with cleaning alchohol. "This is the fourth time that this has happened. You're lucky that I don't make you get rid of the other ramp."

"No means no, Spencer." Kimberly said. He just worried her so much. Deren and Robyn were more quiet. Spencer was just loud and out there and always going around doing something. Kimberly worried about him all of the time.

Kimberly sighed. Sometimes she wanted to be more lenient and to say yes to more things, but she knew that she couldn't. First and foremost she was Spencer's mother, and her duty was to make sure that he was safe. And even if he hated her for it, she would carry that mission out with all of her heart and soul. "Sweetie, I'm sorry. But, no. Maybe after you've turned thirteen."

Spencer frowned and got down sighing. " I can't do anything. " Not till you're 13. Not till you're 16. I hate being little!" he stormed out of the bathroom throwing his helmet to the ground and locked himself in his room.

Kimberly sighed. Of course it didn't help her that Damien was always being the good guy. Letting Robyn wear make up early, letting Spencer get skateboards and going to the skate park on school nigths. Shaking her head, she cleaned up the badnages and then went to put the first aid kit away.

Damien did put his foot down to alot of things like letting Spencer have an air rifle. He wouldn't let him have one till he was 17. He didn't let Robyn wear skimpy clothing. He wasn't always the good guy.

But he still was a good seventy percent of the time. And Kimberly needed him to be able to be bad cop fifty percent of the time. Sometimes it was really hard saying no, even if it was for the best of their children.

Celine had finally taken a seat in the living room next to Deren on one of the couches. She had rested her head on his shoulder and had closed her eyes. Right now she was way too stressed out to even think straight.

Of course it didn't. Damien just had some issues with slamming down the hammer, so to speak. But he was good at other things like helping the kids study for tests and giving them advice. And he could be much more aggressive if he tried.

Celine opened her eyes to them, and looked at him softly, a small smile on her lips. It seemed like no one was there, so she gently leaned up to give him a small kiss on his lips, pulling away with a smile.

She reminded herself to not get too into the kiss. Just a soft kiss on his lips. They could do this. Pulling away gently, Celine looked at him with soft, happy eyes. The girl was deffinately falling for him.

Celine blushed softly, and then looked down at her hands which lay clasped together upon her knee. He made her feel so different. She could only wonder if she made him feel the same way.

Deren felt the same way. He wondered where his sister was. He and Robyn were very close and he really wanted her to meet his girlfriend.

Robyn was up in her room preparing for the next day. She would be starting her job as a lifeguard at the local beach. She was only going over the rules and regulations that came with her job. Within a few minutes she would be down.

Kimberly walked into the kitchen and picked up the phone from it's perch on the counter. She was only calling on Damien to see if the meeting was going longer than planned and if he wanted her to make dinner that night or not.

" I'll be back." Deren said . He went upstairs and kicked open Robyn's door " RAWRR!!! I"M THE POOL MONSTER!!!" He picked her up into his big arms and kissed her cheek " How is my favorite sister in the whole world?"

" I'm getting into the car right now, love. I'm still making dinner. I have something really special planned" Damien smiled.

Robyn had just been about done the rule book when her door flung open, and her brother grabbed her into his arms. She laughed wildly, and kicked out her legs as his picked her up and kissed her cheek. Her sixteenth birthday was coming up, but he still treated her like a little kid. "I'm great." she said, smiling and hugging.

"Alright." Kimberly said softly. "I just want you to know, though, that Deren has brought a girl over. So I hope it's enough for six." She knew that he had seen a girl the day before, but she hadn't expected it to have been more than a small infautation.

Ever since day one when he promised he'd never let anyone hurt her. One time when they were younger Deren had pushed her out of the way from being hit by a guy on a bike. Deren took that crash for her. He wore a cast on his arm for weeks but that didn't stop him from smiling or being her big brother. " I have someone I want you to meet. She's downstairs. SHe asked me out today and I said yes so I'm dating now." he grinned.

" Oh? Well I can make a double batch then." Damien said.

Robyn couldn't help but tease him a little bit. "I knew that sooner or later monkhood would be too hard for you." she teased, despite the fact that she was in no position to talk. Robyn personally had never had a boyfriend before. Following her brother down the stairs, she looked over at a pretty girl with cropped black and brown streaks.

Kimberly laughed. "You aren't surprised?" she asked, taking a seat at one of the stools at the bar in the kitchen. She was a tad surprised that he was bring her home. He must really want a relationship with her.
