Jenny wasn't fully sure either; She was pleasantly drunk and was asking the innocent questions of a drunk girl. She was basically asking him if he liked her, and it was clear that she wanted him to like her. She yawned softly against his side and then sighed. It made her happy to know that he thought she was beautiful and for some reason it meant more to her than all of those beauty pagents she had won before. While before she had been drinking to feel numb inside she was starting to feel whole inside just by being around this man who's name she didn't even know. A few minutes later she tiredly mumbeled, "My name is Jenny."

" My name is Danny" He said gently. " May I hold your hand" he asked. He rather ask than just reach out and touch her.

She smiled her small, cute smile and nodded her head. "Mhm." she murmured tiredly, reaching out her hand for his. His hand felt warm against her own and as she let her slender fingers lace through his, she hummed softly to herself, happy. It seemed ironic and funny to her that she was spending her engagment party in an alley with a man whom she barely knew, though she wished that she did. "If you want to in the future, you don't have to ask." she added quietly, not even concidering that she wouldn't see him in the future.

" I figure I ask before just assuming you would allow it" he smield massaging the back of her hand with his thumb.

She smiled softly listening to him talk. There was a small part of her that knew that she probably wouldn't see him against after this and it was this part that was trying to memorize everything about him. The way he smelled, the sound of his face, how it felt to be leaned against his side and how she felt each time he caressed the back of her hand with his thumb. She wanted to memorize it forever and then lock it up and keep it in the back of her mind, revisiting it whenever she felt sad or lonely. Eventually Jenny fell asleep, laying beside the man, her head rested against his side.

Danny saw she was asleep. Probably for the best. He didn't know what he would've done if she furthered the " Would you want to" question.

Jenny was one of those girls who tended to curl into herself when she was sleeping, mostly to keep herself warm. Tonight as she curled up she clung to his arm, not only to keep warm but almost as if subconsciously she wanted to make sure that he was still there with her, that if he wasn't going to leave her like everyone else always seemed to do. For that night she just wanted to be with him, even if she wasn't awake during all of it.

He shivered. It was getting cold. He knew she would be unhappy to go back into that building. He picked her up and carried her to his apartment flat. it wasn't that far. He laid her on his bed and tucked her in. He walked out of the room and into the living room. He layed on the couch and closed his eyes just to rest for a while.

She mumbeled a few incoherent things in her sleep as he lifted her up and she quickly nuzzled her body into the warmth. When they reached his apartment she yawned tiredly and snuggeled underneath the blankets contently. Later in the night, she awoke and was half asleep. She had enough energy to get out of bed, remove the dress she had been wearing which was uncomfortable for her to sleep in and thoughtlessly reached for one of his t-shirts and pulled it on (being so tired that she had mistaken it for her nightgown) before laying back down and sleeping until the morning.

Danny didn't remove much. Only his coat. He slept through the night soundly.

Her dress remained crumpeled at the foot of his bed until she awoke in the morning. She yawned tiredly and sat up in bed, groaning when she felt the surging pain in her forehead. She remembered bits and pieces of last night, particularly the man named Danny whom she had met in the alley. Looking around the room she realized that it was not her own and then looked down at herself, seeing that she was only in a t-shirt. For some reason she wasn't afraid because she remembered what Danny had said that night before. Getting up from the bed she quietly walked out of the small bedroom and then looked around the living room/kitchen and smiled happily seeing Danny asleep on the couch and happily walked over to the couch and kneeled beside him, resting her head on the couch and closing her eyes wanting to enjoy the moment before it ended.

Danny was still fully dressed incase she had thought he only took her home to take advantage of her drunk state. He breathed in deeply and stretched in his sleep.

For some reason Jenny gave him more trust than anyone else that she knew in the world. As he moved in his sleep she reached for his hand and gently laced her fingers through it like the night before and breathed in softly. She liked the closeness towards him and wished that she could stay like this forever. Perhaps she was acting like a little girl, though he was the only man who had ever gotten her heart beating so erratically.

Danny breathed in once more and opened his eyes slowly. " nnngh"

Jenny was just resting there listening to him sleep when he started to wake up. She happily opened her eyes and looked down at Danny. "Good morning," she greated, her voice still a bit sleepy. As she looked at him she didn't note how frazzeled she looked in his t-shirt which was too big for her and dipped to reveal some cleavage that had deffinately not been shown in her modest dress.

" Morning" he yawned sitting up and stretching. " I'm going to shower, I'll fix up some breakfast. Don't want to send you off on an empty stomach" he said as he walked into the small bathroom.

"Send me off...?" she muttered, watching him quietly as he got to his feet and started to walk into the bathroom. She thoughtlessly followed behind him, surprised by how nonchalant he was being. "You want me to leave?" she asked, taking a seat on the side of his bath tub, looking at him with sad eyes. Though it did make sense that she couldn't stay here forever.

" I don't want some missing poster of you going up. I don't want you to leave but I don't want people to freak, you dig?" he said as he turned and started to unbutton his shirt.

"You... want me to say..." she asked softly, her eyes widening and a large smile appearing on her face. "I want to stay with you." she cried happily wrapping her arms around him from behind just as he started to unbutton his shirt. Resting her head against the small of his back, she smiled and closed her eyes. Of course as a girlwho was thoughtlessly in love with him she was taking what he said a little more than he had intended.

He blushed, "um may i shower please" he said.

A happy sigh passed her lips and she nodded her head. "Of course." she murmured softly, nuzzeling his back gently and then letting go. Walking out of the bathroom she waited for him happily in the living room. Laying back on the couch she sighed contently to herself and then relaxed for a few minutes before getting up and going back to his bedroom to gather up her clothes from the night before.

He undressed and s;id into the tub. He sighed relaxing.

After sitting alone in the living room for a couple of minutes Jenny felt a familiar loneliness biting at her. She wanted to be close to him again, though she was showering and she knew that she couldn't just burst in on him. It was rude and in the end she would feel really embarassed. Another part of her, however, wanted to see a man like that and wanted a man to see her like that. Blushing deeply, she shyly walked over to the door to the bathroom and opened it, slowly walking in.

Danny was startled " J-Jenny you alright? Is there anything wrong?" he asked. He didn't want her to feel afraid or anything while staying at his place. His place was a safe zone from any crooks or mobsters.

Jenny wasn't sure what seemed louder, the pounding of her head from her hangover or the pounding of her heart as she saw him in the bath tub in his natural state. "N-nothing is wrong..." she murmured, her cheeks flushed and her voice oh-so-shy. Breathing in softly she closed the bathroom door and lowly began to remove her clothes, first sliding down her under pants (the t-shirt being long enough to hide her) and then reaching under the remove her bra. She then slowly removed the t-shirt and walked towards him, to the bath tub. "I-I just want to be with you for a little bit longer."
