She smiled. "Maybe we should let Bri choose."

He smiled. An excellent idea, my dear, he licked her cheek.

She smiled and laid her head on his neck. "I would like being snowed in with you if Brianna wasn't sick..."

Nick nuzzled her gently. We'll get her feeling better. Don't worry.

She nodded. "I know..." she mumbled.

Nick yawned and laid his head on her lap gently.

"Are you tired?"she asked him softly.

He nodded. A little, he admitted.

"Then take a nap." she said softly. "nobody's going anywhere."

He nuzzled her, their daughter, and their unborn baby before he laid his head down and closed his eyes.

she smiled, cuddling close to him, considering a nap herself.

Kale was hiper and excited for the snow. "Can't I go play in it? Please?" she asked.

Brados shook his head. "No, sweetheart. It's snowing too hard."

"But that's what makes it fun. Please daddy?" she begged, giving him cute puppy eyes.

"No, sweetheart," he said again and ruffled her hair. "You'll get sick."

she crossed her arms and huffed. "I will not. Cold doesn't make you sick." she mumbled.

"Your cousin is sick," he told her gently. "She was stuck in that blizzard."

"I know she got stuck. Doesn't mean i wont. I'm bigger than she is." she said, still pouting.

"No arguing, sweetheart. It's too cold," he told her gently.

She sighed, but brightened up the way only Kale could. "Can I go out once it's not snowing?" she asked.

Brados chuckled, tired. "Alright. If your brother goes with you."

"The minute it stops snowing, can we go out?" she asked.

"Wait until morning, honey. Get some sleep, okay?"

"But I'm not tired..." she said softly.

"Daddy is," he yawned. "Try to, please, sweetheart."

She sighed and nodded, hugging her dad close. "Alright."
