Iris slept soundly, and woke up with a headache. "Augh," she groaned, holding her head, and felt something under her head. It was breathing. Pillows didn't breathe... Cautiously, she lifted her head to see what it was. It was him, the guy in her dream. The vampire. She blinked, shaking her head, wondering how much she'd dreamt. Obviously not the last few hours; she blushed, noticing she was nude, as was he.

He grunted yawning. " Hmmm"

She blushed again, his voice sending shivers down her spine. Maybe it wasn't just the alcohol that made her want him so bad. He must have her under some kind of spell or something, she figured. Either way, he looked... Yum.

She got out of bed and put a robe on (though the only robe she had was silk and hugged every curve), going to clean up and take a quick shower.

"mmm," He watched her intently. He knew he had to stop or he would become a rogue.

Iris took a quick shower, noticing two little pink bumps on her neck where he bit here. They were like mosquito bites, minus the itch.

She finished and wrapped herself in a towel, going back to her bedroom to get dressed.

Her blood and body was so desirable though. He had to stop! He couldn't become like th is.

Iris noticed him still laying on her bed. He looked like he was either thinking hard about something or he had a headache. "Are you okay," she asked softly.

" I'm fine" he said softly still thinking.

She looked at him curiously for a second more and got her clothes out so she could get dressed. "Do you want me to stay here all day," she asked him. "I've got nothing else planned, unless my friends decide to drag me somewhere, which they probably will."

" I have to guard you from 2 people now." he said gently.

"From two," she asked, pulling her shirt on and going to sit by him on the bed. "What do you mean? Why was that guy after me in the first place?"

" Its a long complicated story. I'm one of t he people that needs to be awya from y ou. If I don't I culd turn like him" he said softly.

She looked at him, confused. "I'm afraid I don't understand..." she admitted.

" The vampire in me desires the blood in you." he sighed gently. " If I go along with my desires I could turn into a rogue like him. He wants to hurt you. While I, my good side, wants to protect you."

"A... rogue? What's that?" She idly wondered if she was still sleeping.

Someone that doesn't follow the vampire clan's rules" he said.

'Name makes sense,' she thought. "So... Are you going to stay here, at my house? Or protect me from a distance," she asked quietly.

It depends on how well I can protect you from me and him" he said.

She nodded slowly. "I won't tempt you, then," she promised. "Go ahead and sleep. I need food."

" Thank you. My name is Dameon" he said.

She smiled and nodded. "You're welcome. My name is Iris," she said, and pulled her hair up in a ponytail, revealing the birthmark of a teardrop on the back of her neck at the base.

" Whats that on the back of your neck" he blinked.

She blinked and looked back at him. "What? Oh, this," she asked, her fingers touching her birthmark. "A birthmark. It's shaped like a teardrop, isn't that weird?"

" you see ...back were I come from that means you're....a breedmate" he siad.

"A what," she asked, confused again. "I don't know what that means."
