Here We Go Again (Two Others, mkay? :D )

Justin smiled at her and went to go look at the headphones they had, picking up the ones he'd bought last time; they'd lasted him quite a while. He walked back over to Brittany. "You ready?"

Deryk chuckled. "Alright. Is there a specific kind of toothpaste you want? Or do you want me to get whatever," he asked. He used whatever his mom bought.

Alora looked at him with a look that said what she was thinking far before she spoke it herself. "You... Are giving me more decisions than I can already handle? Are you crazy? You pick... My head hurts now..." She grimaced but looked at him with a small smile

Brittany smiled, standing back up. "Yep. I am actually. You get your headphones?" She looked down and blushed. "Stupid question... Of course you did...."

Deryk blinked. "Sorry! Go ahead and get chocolate ice cream. I'll be right back, alright," he smiled sheepishly and went to go get toothpaste. He came back within a minute and tossed it into the car. "We've got gas, food, water, utensils, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, lighter fluid... We don't need anything else, do we?"

Justin smiled and kissed her cheek. "Yeah, I got my headphones," he chuckled. "Come on, I'll pay for it," he took her CD and went to the checkout counter.

Brittany bit her lip. Damn that nagging voice in the back of her head. She smiled over at Justin as he took her CD, going to pay for it. "You don't have to... I can, ya know, pay for it..." She walked up to the counter with him, leaning against it.

Alora grimaced. "More choices... I don't know... No, we have everything. At least.... I would like to hope so. I'll let you have the final say."

Deryk chuckled. "Well, if we don't have everything, we can always pick something else up later," he said, pushing the cart towards the checkout and paying for it after it was all scanned.

Justin smiled. "Not a big deal, I got it," he told her, handing the money to the clerk and handing her the CD before he walked out of the store with her, reaching for her free hand.

Brittany blushed, letting Justin take her hand. She knew what it looked like to everyone else, that they were going out. But... She still felt guilty about it. She knew that Alora would probably hate her whenever she got back from galivanding off with Deryk, but Alora acted as if she didn't care that Justin had broken up with her. Maybe Britt didn't need to either...

Alora helepd bring the groceries out to the RV, putting the stuff away when she got in. She almost wanted to call Brittany, but didn't. She'd find out soon enough anyways that she was gone, and her supposed 'best-friend' was definitely acting as if she didn't care much. Alora shrugged her shoulders, leaving her phone in her pocket.

Justin smiled and walked towards the theatre. "You wanna watch the earliest one or get a later one and go eat lunch," he asked.

Deryk put the cart up once the food and things were put away and got in, locking the door behind him. He saw Alora's expression. "You okay," he asked softly, wanting to hug her and let her cry on his shoulder.

Alora sighed. "I'm trying to be..." She said with a sad smile. "I'll shake it off..." She went to go sit by him and stared off. "Which direction should we go in?" She wouldn't cry over Justin. He wasn't worth it. Why cry over something that was so far gone and lost?

Brittany shrugged. She pulled out her phone, wondering if she'd gotten any calls or texts. No new messages. "Um.. Lunch first? If that's okay with you... I can eat now or later..."

Deryk looked at her sadly, wishing she wouldn't bottle up her feelings. He wished she'd show them, at least around him. But he didn't push it, just sat down and turned the key, putting it into drive. "Let's go... West. We can see the mountains. Would you like that," he asked her.

Justin nodded. "Lunch it is," he smiled and walked her to the food court. "I feel like chinese. What about you?"

Alora sighed, nodding her head. "I'd like that. I love the mountains. Not that I've ever seen them in anything other than TV and pictures and books and stuff..." She let her mind wander to the mountains, thinking of how tall they were and their snow-capped peaks.

Brittany chuckled, going with Justin to the food court. "Chinese is fine... What do you usually get. It's been ages since we've been at the mall together long enough to eat..."

Justin and Britt hit it off reeeeally well that day, and end up going out a few days later. They go strong through the summer, though there had been one misunderstanding that had nearly ended the relationship

Deryk and Alora traveled around the nation. Alora sorta dated other guys as much as you could when you only stayed in a town a week or so. She still had no idea how much Deryk really loved her, but she might find out soon. And she thinks she's finally over Justin

Deryk woke up early one morning, sighing, and went to shower. He'd dreamt about Alora - again. He wondered when she would realized how he felt for her, and how much. It was torture, watching her go out with these guys they'd met. He didn't want to think about what they did on their dates. What was the point of going out with anyone if you weren't going to see them for very long?

Justin took a shower that morning and called Brit up. "Hey, babe, you wanna do anything today," he asked.

Brittany laid perpendicularly on her bed, smiling. "I don't know... There's an ultimate frisbee game goin on down at the park. Is that cool for you? And, I still got to get some of the senior school supplies. We go back in a couple of days..."

Alora was partially glad to be home, though she had fun on the road trip. Her parents had msot of her school stuff, so she didn't had much to do. She'd just figured out what her classes were since she'd only gotten back with Deryk a few days ago. She hadn't yet got around to calling Britt, seeings how she'd been really busy.

Justin nodded. "Yeah, sure. You want me to pick you up? Or you wanna walk there," he asked, pulling his clothes on as he spoke.

Deryk got out of the shower and got dressed. He'd noticed a flyer that a frisbee game was going to go on at the park today. He texted Alora, wondering if she wanted to go.

Hey, theres a frisbee game goin on @ prk 2day. Want 2 go?

Brittany smiled. "I'd actually rather walk.. I'll meet you there though, okay?"

Alora smiled. Totally... I'll meet you there. She pulled on her shoes and headed out to the park.

"Alright, babe. See you," he said and hung up, putting his phone in his pocket and pulling his shoes on. He lived a little farther away from the park than Britt did, but it was still within walking distance.

'Alright. Gotta do a couple things first. Be right there,' he texted back and closed his phone, hurrying to finish his chores so he could leave.

Alora started out to the park, her eyes closed. It was a nice day out. She walked to the park, weaving through the small groves of trees to get to the field. She figured she'd be the first one there, so she could relax for a little bit.

Britt smiled, starting out towards the park. She only lived a few blocks away, so she was there within no time. She moved close to the open field, pulling out her phone. She turned it over in her hands with a soft smile.

Alora looked up from where she was and saw Britt. She wasn't sure whether she should call out to her or not. She figured that she'd just go over to her and talk to her. They hadn't spoken since the last day of school.

"Hey Britt..."
"Hey Alora! How was your summer?!?"
"It was good.. What about yours?"
"Good... I-" She sent a text to Justin with a smile. I can't wait till you get here... "I spent a load of time out at the park. So all the dye in my hair frizzed out and it's back to blonde... Great huh?"
"Yeah, uh... Who are you texting?"
"My boyfriend."
"Really?!? Who is he?"
"Justin..."
Alora stuck her tongue into the side of her cheek then sent a sharp right hook right into Britt's jaw.

Justin and Deryk got to the park at basically the same time, and noticed each other [glaring at one another] before they noticed heard screaming and cussing, then looked to see what was making the noise.

"Alora!?"
"Brittany!"

Both guys ran to them and pulled them apart, holding their arms behind them.

"What the hell," Justin panted.

"You alright," Deryk sighed, holding Alora back. He noticed she was bleeding. "Damn..."

Brittany slid easily out of Justin's grip, her knuckles bloody. She charged forward, tackling Alora out of Deryk's arms. She landed on top of her and started to punch her, the blood that was welling up in her mouth wasn't nearly as disgusting as she'd figured it would be. She spit to the side, more than pissed now. "WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM?!?"

Alora punched her back and actually managed to wrap her hands around Britt's throat, able to do a switch-over and landed on top of Britt. She started to punch her, hissing. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS?!?" The worst part about it was that she was seeing red and she had no idea whether it was because of blood leaking into her eye or if she was just that mad.

Britt coughed, landing a strong enough punch on Alora's face to both break and bruise the skin. She brought her knee up into Alora's side, rolling her old friend off of her with definitely a bruised organ or a broken rib, depending on where she hit.

Deryk and Justin pulled both girls apart, this time keeping their arms tight around their waists.

"Both of you, stop it," Justin growled, trying to keep Britt from wriggling from his grip.

"Seriously, you guys are best friends - why the hell are you fighting," Deryk demanded.

Britt struggled against Justin, but just didn't have the strenght. God, her head was throbbing too. She coughed, spitting out another pint of blood. "The bitch punched me... Friends don't punch friends... At least not in the jaw.. That was a cheap shot you little whore!!!"

Alora scoffed. "And how long did you two wait to start going out?!? A month or even a week? Hell, I bet you started when I walked away... Because really... I'm curious... Just let me know..."

Britt struggled harder against Justin, feeling a snap on her lower chest. She winced but continued to try and force herself out of his grasp. "Oh I'll let you know something all right. Right here! Let's go. You got some problem, let's get it over with... Quit letting Deryk hold you back. But I have to say. The love and devotion he shows you is definitely remarkable. I wouldn't if I were him..."

"Let's get them to the hospital," Deryk suggested to Justin, who nodded at him. The two struggled to get the girls back to their houses and into their cars.

Deryk sighed, putting the child lock on the passenger's side door before he closed it on Alora. He slammed his own door shut and revved the engine, speeding towards the hospital. He wasn't happy at all, it was clear on his face. He didn't say a word to her.

Justin slammed the door shut on Brittany and slammed his own door shut. "Why it the f*** would you fight with her," he demanded, furious. "She broke your rib; I felt it snap against my arm. I be you felt it to," he said.

Alora didn't say anything either. Instead she glowered in the back seat. If he hadn't had a strong grip on her, she'd have gone and beat Britt back down into the ground. Especially after what she had just said.

Britt coughed again, wincing in pain. She swallowed back more blood, some slipping out of her mouth. It trailed down her lip and chin, dropping into her lap. She grimaced, wiping her mouth. "Yeah, I felt it... But she's gonna get hers... Damn bitch... Punch me. I-" She coughed heavy and wet for a moment, then groaned. "I didn't do anythign to her!" She hurt, bad... Especially in her torso. Alora might have been strong, but she didn't have much variety.

Alora was sore everywhere. She was partially glad that the fight was over, at least for now. Her body hurt too much for her to fight a second time any time soon.

Deryk wondered if Alora would ever know how he felt about her. Brittany had all but said how much he cared about her. He wondered if that was what Alora was thinking now. Probably not; he sighed and parked by the emergency entrance. He saw Justin pull up a few seconds after he did.

Justin tightened his hands on the wheel, hearing her groan in pain, and sped up. "If you try to fight her again in here, I swear to god," he pursed his lips. "Just don't, alright? Let the doctors work on both of you. You don't need a punctured lung to add to your injuries." He noticed that Deryk had parked and looked at her. "You still have Deryk's number in your phone? Can I see it?"

Deryk waited to see what Justin was going to do. He wondered who's injuries were worse. Probably Brittany's, since Alora had kicked her in the ribs, it looked like. He pulled out his phone and dialed Britt's number. "Hey, let me talk to Justin," he told her.

Justin answered. "Who do we take in first?"

"I was just about to ask you that. Alora's bleeding a little, but she hasn't said anything, so I don't know how bad it is."

"I think Britt's got a broken rib."

"Then you go first. Call me when you think it's safe."

"Let's hope this works," Justin muttered into the phone and hung up before pocketing it. He got Brittany out of the car, staying between her and Deryk's car, walking her into the emergency room.

Britt sat in the car the rest of the way to the hospital in a painful silence. It had hurt just to give Justin her phone. She got out, but with the sudden weight change, she grimaced and whimpered in pain. What the hell had drove her to fight!? She walked with Justin, extremely slowly, into the ER.

Alora ahdn't really said anything in the ride there, but watched now as Brittany was taaken out of the car. She didn't look like she was in the best shape, and she felt kinda bad about it. She had started the fight... And, she figured that she had probably over-reacted. But since Brittany had punched her back, it had spurred a whole new thing between them. Tackled her actually...
