"I-I don't know." Kimberly whispered softly. "I don't know what I'm doing here. Our- our even who I am.." she whispered. The way his hands steadied her body brought her a sort of comfort, and she willed herself to lean against him very briefly, just for any feel of familiarity. "Who are you?" she finally asked.

Jesse, who had lost Kim to Damien as teens, had a b rillaint idea. ' Why I'm your husband" he said. " jesse."

"My husband?" Kimberly asked softly, looking thoughtfully at him. "I'm so sorry," she whispered. "I can hardly remember you, Jesse." Very hesitantly she reached up to caress his cheek with her hand. So warm. Perhaps he really was telling the truth. He had known her name, after all. And he did seem like a genuinely nice guy.

Kimberly was only slightly put off by his statement, finding it off that she would just leave her husband like that. Shrugging it off, she closed her eyes and let herself rest in the warmth of his arms. She was still worried about her lack of memory, but perhaps with Jesse, eventually she would begin to remember things all over again.

Damien stopped dead in his tracks. "GET OFF HER" He ran and punched Jesse.

Before Kimberly could really begin to process if there was any sort of spark in his kiss (something that a couple who were meant to be would not have to do), Jesse was knocked away from her. She gasped, and then turned to look at who had pushed him away. "What are you doing?" she cried, getting down to the ground to help Jesse up. "Why did you hit my husband?"

" Have you lost your mind Kimmy?! I'm your husband!" Damien said showing her his wedding ring. " Look on his finger. He has none!"

Kimberly looked at him and found that she was deeply angered by his hostility towards Jesse, and his closeness towards her. "Who are you to be speaking to me so familiarly? You say that he does not have a ring." she looked down at her own hand. "Neither do I." One of the young werewolves had stolen both her engagement ring and wedding ring before they had left. Ironically enough, the wold had ended up losing the two rings somewhere in the forest.

"Please stop calling me Kimmy!" Kimberly cried. "I don't even know who you are!" What she did know for sure was that she didn't like this man at all. She had rested Jesse's head on her lap and was gently brushing some of his hair from his eyes. Surely he was her husband. There was no way that she would marry such a rude, violent man like the blonde stranger before her.

Kimberly felt as if she wanted to cry. All he was doing was yelling at her and hitting Jesse. "I don't even know your name! I know for sure now that you are not my husband! I would never marry someone so horrible!" she cried. Tears were welling in her eyes, but she didn't want him to see. Burying her face against Jesse's shoulder, she sobbed softly.

"Please go away." Kimberly cried softly. He was only making things worse. What a horrible, violent man. Crying against Jesse's warm body, she looked up at him only to look deeply into his eyes. "I hope I never see you again. I do believe that I hate you." And with that, she dismissed the blonde stranger with the high blood pressure and bad temper.

Damien was crushed. He let out a noise that sounded like a wounded animal. He had to go back to thier children. " Kim we have kids."

"I would never have children with you." Kimberly murmured, shaking her head. "I can tell that your very touch would disgust me." She looked back down at her husband softly and wondered why he wasn't talking. "Jesse, are you alright?" she whispered softly and then gently pressed her lips to his cheek. "He didn't hurt you, did he?"

" I'm fine darling" he said rubbing his shuolder.

Kimberly blinked. Those names sounded vagualy familiar. Sighing softly, she then brushed her hair from her eyes. "Please, go away." she whispered. At least now he stopped shouting at her. She finally had a chance to look at him. He didn seem familiar, but the fear and stress that he had caused her earlier prohibited her from enjoying his appearance and trying to remember him.

Damien shook his head. He really needed to get back to the kids. He would worry bout her when he didn't have them. He ran away.

Kimberly sighed softly watching the stranger's retreating form. He reminded her of someone from a dream. When he had said that they had children together, something had seemed to click. But, that was silly! There was no way that she would ever lower herself by having children with such a violent man. Sighing, she then started to help Jesse up to his feet.

As Damien started to reach the park, Robyn started to walk loudly not seeing her mother. Even though she was only a year old baby, she could tell that something was wrong since she did not see her mother. The woman who Damien ahd asked to watch Deren and Robyn was desperately trying to calm the baby down.

" Lets go home. Its getting cold and I don't want you to catch a cold" Jesse said putting his own jacket around her. " Don't worry yourself over him. In highschool he tried to get you to go out with him. But you stayed with me. You loved me. I have our rings. they're just getting thier monthly cleaning today. " He said smiling.

Damien came back looking grim faced. " Thank you" He said to the woman gently. He took Robyn trying to quiet her.

' Where's mommy" Deren frowned.

" I don't know" Damien said softly as he took them to his parent's house.

Kimberly was quickly as he placed the light jacket over her shoulders. It was a soft brown leather jacket, and it smelled faintly of cologne. Despite the sweet smell, Kimberly wasn't as attracted to it as she would have felt. Was that normal? To not find her husband's scent absolutely delightful? She nodded her head softly as he spoke, trying to push away thoughts of the man from before. It was difficult for some reason.
