Kimberly smiled softly at him. "Thank you." she murmured, gently kissing his lips. This went on for several hours as her body prepared her to give birth to their second child. Soon, it was time for her to begin to push.

Kimberly moaned loudly, in pain. As the last few pushes came, she arched her back and pushed as hard as she could. Soon, the room was filled with the sounds of a baby girl crying. Closing her eyes, Kimberly collapsed against the pillows.

Damien smiled, " Oh kimmy! She's so adorable!"

Kimberly gasped softly, trying to sit up. "I-is she healthy?" she asked, opening her eyes tiredly. She couldn't help but smile softly seeing her little girl. She had green eyes like her father, and beautiful red hair.

" Kimmy she's perfect. " Damien smiled as the nurses cleaned the tiny girl up. They handed her to Damien and Damien smiled as tears ran down his cheeks. He was this beautiful little girl's Daddy. He sat down on the bed by kim with thier baby girl. " She looks like her mommy." he smiled.

Kimberly smiled and then looked up as a nurse walked in with Deren. "I heard that a baby had been born, so I decided to bring this little guy over to see his little sister." The nurse explained, smiling softly at them.

Deren looked at the baby with wide eyes, " Sister!!! I've waited so long to meet you!!!" He smiled happily as he tried to get on the bed to get a closer look.

Damien laughed and handed the girl to Kim as he helped t hier boy onto the bed.

Kimberly gently took the baby, and cradled her. For a moment she thought back to when Deren had been born. Her first child. She felt fortunate that she had such a wonderful family with the man that she loved.

The little girl cooed at her older brother as he was placed on the bed, immediatley intrigued by him. "Na! Na!" she whined, shaking her chubby little arms at him. Something told him that he was like the other two people around her. He was someone close.

Deren got as close as he could and put his hand on her little on, " baby sister, I'm your big brother. I won't let anyone hurt you" he said gently.

Kimberly smiled softly. Deren was a very good little boy. It was no surprise that already he was showing signs of being a devoted big brother who would stop at nothing to make sure that nothing ever hurt his baby sister.

Even thought Deren was a difiant little toddler right now he was still a sweetheart.

Kimberly knew that Deren would grow up to be a man that both her and Damien could be proud of. He held so much potential, and she knew that he would be serious about his studies.

After a half an hour or so, the nurses came in to tell both Damien and Deren that it was time for Kimberly to have some rest. Not to mention they needed to check on Robyn a little more. They were surprised that she wasn't having as much trouble breathing as they would have expected.

" We're gonna head home to sleep. We'll be back later with food " Damien kissed Kim. Deren kissed her cheek yawning afterwards.

Kimberly sighed softly when they left. She wouldn't be able to leave the hopsital until late in the afternoon the next day. They still wanted to check up on Robyn. From what she could decipher from the whispers of nurses was that nothing seemed wrong with the baby, despite being premature. Then again, they didn't know that she was a vampire. Little Robyn Marie Vlad.

Sometimes it wasn't unusual for a vampire baby to be born early.

When the morning finally arrived, Kimberly felt as if it couldn't have come any sooner. She had been apprehensive the whole night and was relieved that she finally would be able to shower and leave. According to the doctors, everything had checked out with Robyn, though they still found it curious that she was so healthy.

Kimberly had just finished showering and was happy to be dressed in her own clothes as oposed to the paper thin gown that she had been wearing before. She smiled seeing her husband and son, and promptly gave them each a kiss on the cheek.

" Brought you some breakfast" Damien smiled. He made it. He'd never give Kim McDonalds. That wasn't healthy for her if she was to breastfeed.

"Yum! It looks good." Kimberly said, chuckling and taking it from him. She knew that Damien would do whatever it was that he could to make her happy. He wasn't the kind of guy who would be careless towards his wife.
