Jacob didn't twant to scare her so he began to speak an older language hopeing she wouldnt understand. "Fratur Hikeodia, nien necto." The other vampire thought a moment.
"I know, he's inside my home right now."
(I'm off to bed)

Ilane gathered some courage and took a step forward and slipped her hand into Jacobs. She wanted to know who they were talking about, but, didn't want to say anything that would make her look or sound stupid.

Jacob's mouth hung low. "How did he get in your house!"
"He's stronger then me, and was waiting for us all to arrive so he could slaughter us." THe man in grey said.

At the word slaughter, Ilane clung a little tighter to Jacob.

"Then why are we still here?" Jacob said grasping around Ilane tightly. The man in grey laughed a little but still seemed calm.
"You'll soon see." The man said.

Ilane looked out to the ocean, holding onto Jacob tightly. She didn't know what the two of them were talking about, she figured Jacob would tell her eventually.

Jacob and the man in grey stood silently then with a burst of light a creature flew from the door and off towareds the east.
"He knows the location of the safe house."

Ilane gently laid her head on Jacob's shoulder, not knowing what was going to happen next so she figured she'd just cling to him, let him handle everything.

"That means....everyone else will die..." Jacob said softly. The man in grey shrugged, "Fraid so."

At this, Ilane lifted her head. "What are you talking about?" she asked.

"The place all the rest of my family is going to...it's about to be destroyed....." Jacob said falling to hi knees. The man in grey looked around then bent down to hug his younger brother.

Ilane moved to his knees behind Jacob and rubbed his back. "Is there anything we can to do stop it?"

"He could kill us all with one hand, he has the power to rise the tempreture of your blood to an instant boil. Imagine the pain of feeling that in you. It doesn't take long though for it to destroy you." The man in grey said.

Ilane sighed. "So, there's really nothing at all we can do?"

"Well you could always offer to die first may bide one of them a half second to run." The man in grey said. Jacob just continued to sob.

Ilane sighed and turned her face away from the man in gray and burried her face in Jacob's neck. She didn't know what to do, she was scared and confused.

"Think of it this way brother, at least we survived and maybe we can lock him up again." The man in grey said.

She bit her lip and nuzzled Jacob slightly. "It'll be okay." she whispered to him.

Jacob stopped crying and stood up putting an arm around Ilane then he punched his brother. The man in grey flew back and landed on the beach then quickly got up revealing his fangs.

Instinctively, Ilane moved behind Jacob,not really knowing what was going to happen.

Jacob and his brother looked at eachother. Jacob's fangs too were showing.
"Stop this now!" A third voice said though it was tired and weak sounding.

Ilane jumped and looked around. She knew that she was going to break down in tears once she had the chance, this was just to much to take in in just a few days.

A young thin man walked up. He had short hair that was mostly black but white at the tips. His face had two long scars at his lips and his eyes were covered by a blindfold.
"Dorian, Jacob stop this at once, Ilane is just as upset as you both and now is not the time to fight."

Ilane clung to Jacob. "How does he know me?" she whispered.

The man in grey, Dorian, turned to Ilane.
"His name is Dracul, Sathura Dracul, he's been alive hundereds of years and is an expert of blood magic. What do you want?" Dorian said. Sathura faced the three one at a time then sighed.
"We need to help Ilane." He said softly. "She's scared and feels alone."
