"I don't want her caught up in this..." Jacob said softly.
"She's right here, don't speak of her in third person." Sathura defended.

"I'm already involved..." she said softly, looking at Jacob. "Can you and I go somewhere where we can be alone?" she asked.

Mr. Dark eyes her warily then looked at Jacob who's face palled. Dorian just chuckled warmly but it was sathura who pointed to a door.
"We can't hear what goes on in there or is spoken. Rune magic keeps it safe." Jacob looked at her then stood to enter the room.

Ilane got up and walked with him staying close.

When they were in the room alone the door closed behind them and Jacob could tell they couldn't hear himself and Ilane. The room was magical.

Ilane didn't know what to say to him, honestly. She was to scared to think of anything to say that wouldn't be completely embarrassing for her to say.

The first thing he did was put his lips to hers.
"Are you ok?"

she shrugged, holding onto him. "I'm scared."

"You'll be safe with me." Jacob said softly keeping an arm around her.

"You can't hold onto me the whole time though..." she said softly.

"I and you won't be fighting Ilane, you'll be safe." Jacob said looking at the door his mind on the fight ahead.

"Promise? I don't want to loose you." she said.

"You wont lose me." Jacob said still staring at the door as if he could see fighting behind it.

She kissed his lips softly, trying to get his attention back on her. "Promise?"

he kissed back softly his eyes never moving. "I promise."

She nodded. "So, what do we do now?" she asked.

"Well the next step is to get Mr. Black to him then we have to wait for his signal and then lock him up..." Jacob said softly.

"But why? I don't understand anything..." she said, completely confused. "Can you please explain everything to me?"

"Try to picture an ancient evil being with almost infinte power going on a rampage killing my family. My real family." Jacob said softly. "That is why. As for the step by step, we just have to find him...then Mr. Dark does the rest."

She nodded and nuzzled him softly. "how do we find this guy?"

"He knows where my family is. He will be hunting them down for revenge." Jacob said with a steel in his voice.

She nodded. "Then lets go get your family."

Jacob nodded and squeezed her lightly.
"yes." He said softly then opend the door. the others stopped talking instantly.

Ilane stayed close to him, letting him talk.

No one spoke at all they just looked at eachother. Then mr. Dark spoke up.
"Well Jacob, she knows everything now?" He asked with a dark smile that Jacob ignored.
