Old one sighed, "You have to kill enough people to feed you over a hundred times. Which means one hundred people have to be killed by you, plus one more. for your own life."

Ilane shook her head. "I can't do that... I won't do that." she said, looking at Jacob. "don't make me do that..."

Jacob looked down and shook his head.
"He has no say in it, mostly our lord picks people who enjoy it. But he wants everyone to do it once, to learn what it's like to kill one hundred people and carry their pain in you till he takes it." Old one said looking away.

A tear ran down her cheek and she shook her head. "I can't do that." she said again.

"It's not something any of us can stop." He said to her with a smile. JAacob frowned at at her and looked around.
"I hate it, but when picked your blood is under his control, disobeying is not possible. He will kill you whenever he wants." Jacob said sadly.

She rested her forehead on his shoulder. "Is there a way that I can stay with you without doing that?" she asked softly.

The old one shook with laughter then walked away into the shadows. Jacob thought hard, "You can't stay with me if your not a vampire. He won't let you, he has never let anyone before no matter who or what situation."
Jacob looked around.
"I'm willing to ask him." Jacob said looking at her.

Ilane nodded. "Thank you." She said, moving so she was hugging him.

Jacob put his arms around her and swallowed. He had never really asked anything of their leader, he had known that he wanted to turn Ilane so he had sudgested it to him...He knew everything...

"When do I meet your leader?" She asked, looking up at him. She wasn't really looking forward to that, it scared her, but, she wanted it over. She wanted to be with Jacob without any interruptions.

"As soon as he wants to see us." Jacob said with a shrug. "He knows everything any of us do say or think." Jacob said looking at her and then blushing knowing all that his lord had seen and known.

"So... if we make love, then he'll see it and what we think of afterwards?" she asked. Her eyes were wide and a little scared. Their love making got heated and sometimes really kinky.

"Yes, however i think...he has done worse. After all, he has been on earth since...well, too long." Jacob said with a light laugh to cover the fact that he too was a bit embarressed at the thought.

"He's done worse than peek into our sex?" She asked but then shrugged. The guy was a vampire. But still, the thought of someone looking in on their sex was jsut... embarrassing.

"I mean," Jacob said turning even more red. "He has done worse when it comes to his sex life.. i mean you know he's been here longer and...uhmmm." Jacob stopped talking knowing that hecould kill people and not blush...but talking about sex always did it.

Ilane turned red, looking up at Jacob. "You mean he's worse than we are?" She asked. She loved making him blush with the naughty things she'd whisper in his ear. It was the only way she could get him to blush.

Jacob laughed and started to shake his head to hide the red of his cheeks.
"I am sure he has or at least i think he has i never ask but anyways its all ok!" He said laughing.

She nodded, hugging herself to him. "Everything'll be okay, right? Like, between us."

"Yea of course Ilane, we just have to be as normal as we can be." Jacob said hopeing not to rush the vampire thing with her. He knew of a vampire who had been rushed and went insane. They had to kill him to save themselves.

"I don't think anything will be normal again." she said, letting her head rest on his chest. Her arms were kept around his waist and her fingers laced themselves at the small of his back. "You've a vampire Jacob, you're something people are terrified of and what movies are made of."

"I know," He said softly. "I don't want to live a life alone. I've been alone for a long time, and i don't want to be alone anymore." He said looking at her closely.

"I'll always be by your side." She said, smiling softly up at him. "No matter what happens, I'll be right here with my arms around and my lips on yours."

Jacob smiled and kissed her again, for the first real time since she had known about him being a vampire.
"I love you Ilane, but this won't be fun or easy."

"I know." She said softly. She definitely knew it wasn't going to be easy. To be with him she might have to kill 100 people and she wouldn't be able to do that. She already knew that. "But, I want to try." she added. She loved him, she had to be with him.

"Well, i'm afraid our little preformance for you tonight has drained me, i'm tired now darling." Jacob said with half yawn. He stretched and his fangs showed a second as his body craved some extra blood.
