He chuckled, also seeing the way she could get his king, but more amused with her reaction. He left the way open, pretending he didn't see it.

"And so I've learned your favorite meal," he chuckled. "I will have the chef make it right away," he nodded towards one of the maids who was by him except for when he was sleeping.

"My uncle says that it was my mothers favorite also. He says that my father made it for her whenever they had enough cheese." she smiled.

"I didn't know them." she said softly. "My mother died giving birth to me and my father died not long after that."

"My uncle doesn't really talk about them." she said softly. "I honestly don't know much. But I do know that I have my fathers stubborness and my mothers eyes." She smiled.
