She nodded, but didn't smile. "Separate homes." She sighed.

"Only for a short while," he kissed her softly, stroking her cheek.

She nodded and kissed his hand. "Promise?"

"This, I do promise, my sweet," he smiled at her tenderly.

She nodded and kissed him. "We should go. It's getting lighter out here."

He nodded in agreement and headed back to the city with her. He dropped her off at the bar with a long, lingering kiss before he hurried back to the castle. He made it to his room just minutes before he was "woken up" by his maids.

Lilli made it up to the second story of the bar and to her room hoping to get a few hours rest before she had to wake up to work in the bar and also before Abigail came.

Exhausted from the day and night previous, Andrew dragged all day. He had met with Abigail and asked her to go to a local bar and meet a girl named Amy and make her a dress. Abigail is the only one who would know about her. He could trust her to keep a secret. Abigail always did her makings in secret. No one knew about any of her makings until they were worn.

Despite only have a few hours of sleep, Amy was happy and hiper all day. Excited for her future.

Abigail arrived at the bar around noon. "I'm looking for a Miss Amy," she smiled at the bartender.

Her uncle nodded. "She's up stairs. I'll get her." he said, though half knew the woman would stop him and go up there herself. She just looked the type.

Abigail smiled and nodded, waiting patiently for the maiden she would be making a dress for.

Confused though not really caring, he went up the stairs then a happy young girl came down quickly.

Abigail chuckled. "I take it you are Miss Amy," she said, curtsying politely to her. "I am Abigail. Such a pleasure to meet you, Milady," she winked slyly.

Amy smiled and curtsied back. "thank you. It's a pleasure to meet you."

She smiled. "Do you have somewhere private where I may take your measurements, milady?"

She smiled and nodded. "Yes, of course. This way." she said, going up the stairs. Walking this time though so the lady wouldn't have to keep up withher.

Abigail followed her, digging around in her bag for her measuring tape so she'd have it ready. "Do you have an idea of what you'd like, miss Amy?"

"Uhm... Something pretty." she smiled. "A dark green? With plenty of bust showing and maybe corseted up the back?"

Abigail smiled. "I'm going to like you," she nodded. "An excellent taste in style. And that's what I was thinking for your dress," she chuckled. "Something to wow the Duke."

she nodded. "Exactly. Maybe with some ruffle on the bust line." She smiled.

"You are officially my favorite client yet, Milady," she smiled. After they entered the room and closed the door, she unrolled her measuring tape. "Alright. Now to measure you," she smiled and went to measuring right away.

"Shouldn't I take this dress off?" she asked. "I've never been measured for a dress but isn't that the way it goes?" She asked.

"Yes, Milady. You may keep your underwear on, but the dress must come off for accuracy."

She nodded and did as she was told.
