"How will you prevent it," she asked, her voice still thick with tears, though she couldn't cry anymore. She sat on her boyfriend's lap and curled up, clinging to him.

He held her close, letting her cling. "I don't think there is any way to prevent it. Not at this point. It was graduation night, wasn't it? About 3 weeks ago. I didn't wear a condom." He sighed, blaming himself.

"What are we gonna do," she whispered, terrified.

He took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "We're going to have a baby." he said softly. He was scared also. He wanted kids but not this early.

She hugged him tight. "When should we tell my folks..."

"I don't know. Maybe when we know for sure." he said softly.

She nodded. "Kay..."

He looked down at her and smiled, kissing her nose. "We'll make it. We both know we want kids. So it's starting a little early. We'll be okay."

She nodded and snuggled close to him, still scared, but not as much now that she knew he wasn't planning on leaving.

Aiden held her. "You think we should go home?" He asked slowly.

She nodded. "Yeah..."

He nodded, nuzzling into her neck. He knew how hard this must be for her. "We'll come back. I promise."

She nodded.

He sighed, nuzzling into her neck and holding her close, one hand going down and resting on her stomach.

She rested her head on his shoulder, blushing softly when his hand rested on her stomach. She found she liked the idea of having his baby, though she was still terrified.

Aiden kissed her forehead. "When do you want to go home?"

"I don't know," she murmured.

"Do you want to call your mom?" he asked. "You can use my phone." He knew hers was still in her room and probably dead. He had his in his pocket.

She looked at him. "What am I gonna say? 'Mom, we have to come home because I'm pregnant'. That will go over well," she mumbled.

"Babe... give her more credit than that." he said, leaning back to look at her. "She had you when she was 18 also, or don't you remember?"

"No, I was just a baby. But I know she and dad had me very young," she murmured. "I'm more worried about dad's reaction..."

"It's not like they're going to kick you out. And it was graduation night... We were celebrating."

She blushed, remembering their wonderful graduation night. "Still, dad won't be happy..."

"I know." he said, kissing her cheek. "Maybe we should call them first and if things go bad, we can just... stay here."
