Holly and I Only!!!

She nodded and pulled out a traditional peperoni pizza. The idea of food make her stomach growl.

He chuckled and helped her make it, sitting in the chair comfortably while they waited.

"So, you're going to go with me later to get my stuff, right?" she asked as they waited.

He nodded, lounging. "Just like I promised."

"Are there pets allowed here?" she asked.

He blinked. "Pets? What kind of pets," he asked. He'd never had one. He'd have to ask his dad.

"Like, a dog." she said slowly.

"I'm not sure," he said thoughtfully. "you'll have to ask my dad on that one. We've never had a pet."

"I have a wolf husky mix at home. I really don't want him to go to some sort of shelter." he said.

He nodded. "I'm sure we have enough room for a dog," he chuckled.

She nodded. "I'd really like if he could stay. He's just about my only friend."

"I'll talk to dad," he nodded.

She smiled. "Thank you."

He chuckled. "You're welcome."

The oven beeped and Lilli smiled, getting up to get her pizza. She was starving and the pizza smelled good.

"Careful. It'll be hot," he warned gently.

"I know." she said softly, taking it out of the oven but still burning herself. She cursed softly, but kept going. Her hunger out weighed her pain.

He frowned in disapproval and took the hot pan from her. "I told you so," he said, joking halfheartedly as he cut the pizza up and handed her a plate with a few slices on it.

"It's just a burn." she shrugged, taking the pizza. "And my hunger was more important than my pain."

He frowned and took her hand gently, examining her burn. He licked it gently and the burn was healed.

Lilli froze as he licked her finger then she blushed brightly at the feelings it generated. "thanks." she mumbled.

He nodded, giving her back her hand gently and going to sit back in his chair.

Sami sat down, eating her pizza.

Baily soon came in with a smile on her face like always. "Mmh. Something smells good."

Ryder smiled at his mom, he loved her smile. It was comforting. "I made pizza for you girls."

"Mmh." she smiled, kissing her son's cheek and then grabbing a piece. "Pizza for breakfast." She said, though both her and Ryder knew it was well past breakfast for them.
