Holly and I Only!!!

"You need to stop getting stronger," he growled. "Damn, you're like your own tank."

"It's not my fault." she said, stopping her wrestling and letting him win.

He nodded. "I know. I'm getting thirsty.. You wanna go grab a bite with me," he asked, letting her go.

"No, I think I'm good." she said softly. "I was hoping you could work out with James."

"Yeah, sure. Sounds fun," he grinned. "maybe I'll take a bite out of him," he teased, though he didn't mean it at all.

"Don't you dare!" she warned, tackling him again playfully.

Ryder laughed and fell back, then jumped up onto his feet smoothly. "You want to help me teach this guy how it's done," he grinned, eager to use his muscles.

She smiled up at him, on her knees still from wrestling. "I think we're to strong for him. And to fast."

"I guess," he shrugged. He walked to the gym and grinned at James as he was finishing up his crunches, already covered in sweat. Damn, he must really be out of shape. Though, looking at how malnourished his body was, it wasn't a surprise.

Olivia followed, holding a water bottle for James. "You shouldn't push to hard." she told him, handing him the bottle.

"I haven't been able to move my body around in forever," he argued, taking a long chug from the water bottle. "It feels good."

"It wont feel good when you can't move again because your muscles have been worked to hard." she countered.

"You worry too much," he chuckled. "I know my body's limits. After all, they've been tested repeatedly each day. I'll be fine. This is nothing."

she shrugged. "Alright, whatever. Ryder's going to work with you."

James looked at Ryder warily.

"Just to make sure you're alright and not trying to do something you shouldn't. That and someone's gotta pull you off the floor if you pass out," he chuckled.

James nodded and got up, ready to try pull-ups.

"I'll go get a water trough for James." Olivia said, walking out. She really meant a case of water to keep in the gym. There usually was one already, but Baily and Fairly didn't work out to much.

"A trough? Am I a horse," James asked, a bit of his humor coming back, though he waited until she was out of the room.

Ryder couldn't help but laugh. He had a feeling James was gonna fit right in here.

Olivia heard it of course and smiled to herself as she walked away. Maybe James was her breedmate.

James and Ryder joked around as they worked out, getting to know each other more and more. James was having more fun than he ever had, as far as he could remember.

Baily came into the gym, looking for Ryder. "There you are." she smiled at her son.

"What's up," Ryder smiled at his mom, upside down on the pull-up bar, doing 180-degree sit-ups.

She chuckled at his position. "I haven't seen you much all day." she shrugged.

He grinned. "Just hangin' with the breedmate over here," he chuckled.

"I think you're the one hanging," James said from the floor, doing pushups.

"Ain't he a riot, mom," Ryder laughed. "I love this guy."

"I'm not into guys, sorry, dude," James smirked.

"Oh, damn..." Ryder pouted, looking like he was hurt.

Baily laughed. "Well, could you get down and take a shower? We're going to go out tonight."

"Out? Where," he asked, getting down. "I just took you and Aunt Fairly out two nights ago."
