Annabelle was thoughtful for a few minutes while she thought over some plausable answer that woulod satisfy him. It wasn't easy. If she told him the truth then he would probably either think that she was nights or just very creepy. "It isn't too hard to piece together what happened." she finally said, pushing back a stray lock of her auburn hair. "There was a party and things happened. It's as simple as that." There, that was a reasonable answer. Right?

Charlie stepped closer and held her hands in his. "Then why do I feel like sh*t right now? Why do I feel like what you're telling me is a lie?" he asked sternly, looking at her. He knew just by looking at her that something was up. Annabelle was as pure as pure gets, or at least he thought she was.
