"Where is Jesse? I don't know where she's sleeping." she said softly.

"With Tristan," he said and walked towards their room.

She smiled. "I knew that."

He chuckled softly and knocked on their door.

Tristan opened it and smiled, going to hug his mom. "You're up and walking."

Zack smiled. "How's Jess?"

"I'm okay," she smiled, sitting up.

Kale smiled, going to Jesse and hugging her.

Jesse hugged her mom. "You look like you're feeling better," she smiled.

She nodded. "Weak, but okay."

Jess smiled. "I'm almost all better," she said happily.

She smiled and kissed her daughters cheek. "Good."

She smiled and got up to hug her mate, nuzzling him.

Tristan smiled, holding her close.

"I've always wondered... you two grew up together. Is it awkward to be together?" Kale asked, looking at Jesse.

Jesse shook her head. "Nope," she smiled.

"I think it makes things better. I know her... Everything about her." Tristan smiled, kissing Jesse.

Kale smiled, watching her two kids. "I guess you're right."

Jesse smiled at him happily and kissed him back.

Zack held Kale close to him, nuzzling her.

Kale smiled and stood, hugging Zach.

He smiled. "You hungry, love?"

"I am." Tristan said, smiling as he held onto Jesse still.

Kale laughed and nodded at her mate. "Yes, I am."

Zack blinked up at Tristan. "Since when are you my mate," he asked, teasing.

"Nyu, you can have him! He's mine, daddy," Jesse clung to Tristan, chuckling.

"You could have been talking to us. I mean... 'love' could mean you were talking to Jesse." Tristan smiled.

Kale laughed, holding onto her mate.

He chuckled. "I guess."

"Okay, doesn't matter. We're all hungry, let's get something to eat." Kale said.

Zack chuckled and walked Kale out to go get food.

Jesse smiled up at Tristan lovingly.

Kale smiled. "Hey. Can I get a piggy back ride?" she asked, smiling.

Tristan smiled, holding Jesse close and kissing the smile on her lips.
